I frequently work on remodeling projects and I have worked with various cabinet providers and this place is the worst!!! We worked with Christ K and he was absolutely the worst. Poor designer, costumer service and follow up. We were missing several items when the cabinets were delivered and they refused to address the issue promptly. Avoid this place at all cost.

Worked with Ryan Sulda of Pearl Design Group for a kitchen remodel. I was referred to Ryan by my contractor. The showroom at Pearl is gorgeous, displaying many cabinets and countertops in kitchen settings. Ryan was great in helping me with my cabinet and countertop choices, really flexible to work with. He even brought samples to my house so I could show my famly. I love my cabinets and countertops! My kitchen is beautiful and I am very happy I worked with Ryan Sulda and Pearl Design Group. Christ was great for my kitchen . My contractor Bill referred me to Christ-and I used him -came in there with a drawing of my own and we tweaked it. I used the Wolf value line which many doors had issues. Christ called the manufacturer for me and got them to replace them all. He goes to bat for his clients. I would use them again and highly recommend this company for kitchen design. I'm an interior designer myself and am very picky about cabinetry. And I don't believe in expensive cabinetry-but I like value. We found a solid cabinet for my tiny budget. Will use them for the next flip.

Randy was AMAZING!! We completed an entire gut rehab of our kitchen. Our cabinetry is absolutely perfect. He made sure that everything was done correctly and was on top of the process the entire time. We even had to redo our entire order after our contractor cancelled on us and he was able to guide us through that as well. He was always available to talk or email whenever I had questions and worked really hard to get our order completed in a timely fashion. He was able to offer and provide solutions to areas we were concerned about. My husband and I are perfectionists and I would highly recommend Randy and Pearl Design to anyone doing a full gut rehab or an update. I am so pleased with my brand new kitchen!!

The cabinets we ordered came in with a very poor quality. They were made of pressed particle board, and the doors were stapled together. Not happy at all.

They're nice and helpful until your order gets placed, then everything changes. No response to calls or emails.

Had several problems with our order - door coming damaged (which our contrator admitted was a common occurance with this company) another week to get replacement in, doors not being slow close (as we asked for), doors opening from wrong direction, trim not as explained to us when ordered. Quality of cabinets not half as good as what we purchased two years ago from Home Depot with the price being similar.

Very disappointing experience. Won't use them again.

This review is for Pearl Design Group's Lakewood Countertops Division. I was in need of new countertops and went to several places to quote the Wilsonart HD Laminate tops, including another kitchen store in St. Charles and the box stores. Lakewood Countertops at Pearl Design Group came in at half the price of the store in St. Charles. It was about $100 more than the box stores, but Lakewood was willing to come out and measure and deliver the tops when complete, so I felt their price was worth it. Also, they explained why their process was better than the box stores.

The counters looked amazing and were well done. They did have to redo the backsplashes because I needed them 1/4 inch taller than normal and someone misread the instructions, but they came and picked them up and fixed them and brought them back to me, so I can't complain!

We have just redone our kitchen cabinets and countertop with Pearl Design Group. Our Saleman Was Bob Dirienzo, he was fabulous. he listned to what we wanted and showed us what it would look like in his drawings.
Now our Kitchen looks great with the granite top and oak cabinets.
Bob had recommended us to an installer who a friend also used and Gus was great. overall a great remodel job with Bob's help.
