Pearce's Plumbing has been working in our condo complex for the last six months repiping our units to get rid of old copper pipes that have been springing leaks. We have 88 units and they have redone close to 30 of them. What a great company! All the plumbers are courteous, friendly and their work is great! They didn't treat me well at all. When my mother was sick, I asked them to move their van (engine was running) because I had to work outside on the deck and be on the phone. They kept the van running for over 30 minutes and didn't move it. There were other spots all over our parking lot. I wrote a negative review. A few weeks later, a crew backed up within inches of my bumper and kept creeping back as I was blaring my horn. Unless you are paying them, they are not nice people. I like to give my money and recommendations to businesses who understand that being a """"local"""" business means they are kind and respectful to everyone in the community.

I want to share with you our experience with Spencer with Pearce's Plumbing Services: They are probably the most hard working, reliable and honest company we've dealt with! We have a 93 year old house that had original pipes, you know what that means. Spencer thought outside the box for us and really came up with a solution that worked the best! We had called several different plumbers and each one quoted a job that would have been easiest for them and most expensive for us. Not that Spencer was the cheapest, (we don't want to undercut fair pricing) but we are firm believers on """"you get what you pay for"""". What set Pearces Plumbing apart was Spencer's solutions that were the most minimal in tearing up the entire backyard and paver patio. His crew's work ethic was admirable and they were very punctual! We highly recommend Pearce's Plumbing to our neighbors and nearby friends. Thank you!

I had a backup and called a plumber I used a couple times for small jobs, but they weren't available so they recommended Pearce's. Spencer, from Pearce's, went on the roof and only went down to about 30-35 feet which isn't much since it's 10 feet to the ground.  Came down and said I'm not confident it's solved.  $255 please.  Three days later the backup returned. He also told me to call the city and tell them that he went down 45 feet. A lie. So I did.  They came out with crew and camera.  Wasn't their problem.  I called the original plumber, Joe's Family Plumbing, back since they recommended him, and I said he should have went thru the toilet.  They said they would never go thru the toilet.  They were willing to come out and run a camera for $400. I called someone else who was a contractor and who has done work for me before.  He rented a snake from home depot and took the toilet off.  Snaked 50 feet from ground level.  He got it.  Did an amazing job.  Cost me another $375.  No, I would never recommend Pearce's!  Zero Stars if I could!!

Spencer is responsive and always promptly answers the phone or texts. That's pretty impressive these days! Spencer and Cody are professional and super nice. I found them via a referral, and I will be referring them as well. Small local business. They will treat you like an individual that matters! Call him for any of your plumbing needs! Spencer is a life saver! 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a reliable plumber that will get the job done right. Quality work and great value. My wife and I didn't know what was wrong with our main bathrooms pipes. We had multiple plumbers say that we needed this and that and wanted to gouge our wallets even when their work didn't fix it.
