I was referred to Pearce Plumbing by my landscaper when he told me he thought I had a leak under my house. Thanks goodness he did because Lisa got my squeezed in to identify major leak under my crawlspace within 24 hours. Thanks goodness they had a pump at the shop and were able to replace my old, leaking pump on same day. Guys that came out to house were very friendly, professional and explained to me what was wrong and explained the costs as well. Love to support local businesses. Can't wait to use them again to replace my hot water heater.

Called them on a Sunday and lady said she had openings for Monday and that she would call me back Monday when she could check the book at office. So I took a day off from work so I could get my bathroom unclogged. No call on Monday morning, so I called them and asked if they were still coming and she said yes, but not sure what time. And of course no one showed up. No phone call saying they couldn't make it, no phone call saying lets reschedule. NOTHING. But they did show up to my house the next day when I was at work. Horrible way to do business and treat a customer.

BEWARE...the initial customer service (major chit chat) you receive seems great but, at a continued cost when it comes to workmanship!!!!!!!

First, let me start by saying that I never go out of my way to write reviews be it good or bad...However, I think it's important to tell my story in hopes that others will find it helpful in shopping around for plumbing services (especially if you're new in the Raleigh area). Please do your research before doing business with Pearce Pump & Plumbing!

Back in 2008 after purchasing a home I contracted Pearce Pump & Plumbing to rise the existing well and install a new tank. This endeavor cost well over $2,000.00. Literally, once every year since 2008 (twice in 2009) I have had my water source go out (no water coming into the home). And, once every year since 2008 I have been told by Pearce Pump & Plumbing (represented by Lisa and Chris) that the relay box connected to the well has been hit by lightning and is no longer good (burnt out). So, basically every time it rains or storms I am dealing with shelling out $200.00 in service fees and repairs to Pearce Pump & Plumbing. I have had it!!!! The irony of it all is that Lisa (owner) acts as though am getting on her nerves calling with the SAME issue. Am the one going with out water for days, am the one paying out money that I don't have. Never once have I received an explanation (further investigation) as to why this continues to happen. I will no longer except that lightning is the cause anymore. At this point I can only summarize that it's either faulty parts, equipment and/or workmanship. I am seriously concerning my legal options.

Pearce Pump & Plumbing did a great job working with me to get the pressure switch and V6 tank replaced on my parents home in Wendell, N.C. I live out of state; I contacted them and they worked with me to get some plumbing issues resolved; my parents are elderly and they needed the work done on their home. I have to get some more work done and I will use their services again to get the remaining work done. They are reliable and dependable and will get the job done. I give Lisa a thumbs up for working with me and for knowing their business and getting the job scheduled. And two thumbs up to the plumbers for getting out there and getting the work done. Many thank for helping me out! Ms. Pauling, Bowie, Maryland

Lisa and Chris are great! A little pricey, but quick and reliable.

first of all they cancelled my apptointment without a call but we called and they came out later that day. We told him about the problem and they just got a piece of TP out of the pump, had they listened to us and spend more than 5 minutes they would have saw the sump pump was going (and it did 8 months later), all the man wanted to do was talk about his race car, so yourself the trouble and call someone else
