Our garbage disposal broke, so I called Peanut Plumbing. Raul answered the phone immediately. I described the problem, so he was able to give me my options over the phone with estimated pricing. We scheduled the appointment for the next day. He arrived on time with all the parts and equipment needed at 8 am. He was fast, clean, and professional. I now have a better garbage disposal than I had previously. It is quiet and grinds up food spectacularly. I will be referring Peanut Plumbing to my neighbors and friends.

Peanut Plumbing is awesome! So much integrity and fully explained the science behind what needed to be done. I had quotes from 4 other plumbers who were saying things that didn't align, finally found someone honest in Peanut. Could not recommend enough.

It was a major job. Had to have the entire sewer line replaced from underneath the house all the way to the street. I was nervous about having that much of my house tunneled under but Raul assured me of how they would do it and make it stable.

Fantastic service. Raul knew the answers to every question I had, diagnosed the issue in my toilet in seconds, and sent his son and another guy to replace it the next day for a flat fee. They had it completed in about ten minutes and took away to the old toilet. Love his prices - he's not going to nickel and dime you over minutes.

Raul is in Elgin almost every afternoon. He's very responsive to text messages, probably more so than calls, so just text him to call you when he's hands free.

Raul Meza is an absolutely phenomenal man! And a great plumber. I met Raul while struggling to repair a broken water pipe at my home. As I was scrambling from one friend's house to another trying to find I saw Raul's truck pass in the opposite direction. The whole town was out of 1/2 inch copper pipe but as I pulled over next to Raul and explained my situation, he offered me some of his pipe. When I asked to pay him for it, he simply said, "it all comes back around." He refused my payment and simply helped. It's tough to find good people in good times, but even better when someone stops and helps you out while you're in need. Great job, Raul!!!!

We've used the services of Peanut Plumbing a few times. Recently, they replaced our cast iron corroded drain pipes with schedule 40 PVC. Peanut Plumbing did an excellent job in a much shorter time than projected. Owner & Master Plumber Raul Meza, his son Trey & their incredible staff & excavators were easy & wonderful to work with & very professional, courteous & high standards of workmanship. Raul goes above and beyond! After my water heater busted due to the freeze and lack of power, I was scrambling to find a plumber. I called at least 10 companies, and the first "assessment" appointment I could get wasn't for weeks, which means I wouldn't have water in my house for weeks. My friend happened to mention that she used Peanut Plumbing years ago, so I gave them a call. Raul called me back that night and came to me with solutions. He was going to send a team over to fix the system so at least I could get water, while we wait for the new heaters to arrive. What a lifesaver! I could actually live in my house (I had been displaced for over a week at that point). And within days, he had the new water heater up and running too. Service at Peanut Plumbing is top notch. Raul keeps you abreast of the situation at all times. I highly recommend.

Raul of Peanut Plumbing went out of his way to get gas restored to a family with many kids. Cold nights, stove not working and only cold water for showers and baths. For whatever reason, He wouldn't follow thru with other service needs I had. I guess they were not as high dollar as the tankless system I bought from him. I would call and I would be told to text the request and weeks went by and no response. I tried on 3 separate occasions. So disappointing.

They re-routed our cold-water supply line, fixed a leaking galvanized pipe, and installed a shower spout for us. All projects were done quickly, under budget, and beautifully.
