Our home warranty uses this company. We made a claim on a hot water heater six weeks ago. The Honeywell thermostat on the water heater indicated the sensor was bad. Peak plumbing said that rather than to fix the thermostat they would bypass the whole thermostat. I am not sure if this is legal or safe?
But, I am sure that we have not had hot water since and that was six weeks ago.
We have called 5 - 10 times every single day. Most of the time, we leave messages that they don't return.
When we do get a hold of someone, they say they will come out, but don't show up.
I have never in my life encountered a company that acted like this. I will also be contacting the BBB and anyone else that I can think of, but I'm hoping that no one, and I mean no one, ever has to go through what this company has put me through.

Terrible. This was the plumbing company that my home warranty company used for a hot water heater issue I was having. He took 1 week to get anyone from his ""company"" to show up to diagnose the problem, meanwhile my basement was leaking water from the water heater. When I finally got ahold of someone on the phone, they immediately went into blaming me for the fact that they hadn't contacted me. He ran the gamut of excuses as to why he didn't contact me ""I don't have your number"", ""the home warranty place never sent me your info"", ""I called you and you never picked up"", ""the home warranty sent me the wrong info"". All within the same phone call, he had 5 different excuses. Finally, though I got him to send one of his people to diagnose the problem.
Fast forward to a week later and he still had not submitted his diagnosis of the problem to the home warranty company. And I called him OVER 10 TIMES asking him to send it. Granted about half of the times he didn't pick up the phone so I left voicemails, which he never responded to. When he finally answered the phone, he again went through the full gamut of excuses (""I already submitted it"", "" I'm pretty sure I did it this weekend, they should have it"", ""You'll have to ask the home warranty company"" ""I didn't receive a voicemail from you"") that attempt to place the blame on someone else for his failure to submit his simple report to the home warranty company. All the while, water is still leaking from the hot water heater in my basement.
He never ended up submitting the documentation, and I begged my home warranty company to let me use another plumbing company to fix the problem, because this Company is clearly incompetent and untrustworthy.
Do not use this company. Seriously, there are great plumbers in the Tulsa area, this is not one of them. Save yourself the money, stress, frustration, and lies.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! My home warranty used them as the contracted plumber and they wouldn't return my phone calls and the guy hung up on me and said, "" You need to get someone else out because I don't have time to deal with you."" I have never dealt with such unprofessional behavior. I had a emergency plumbing issue and I already had to wait 2 days to even be contacted so for this company to do this is horrible.

They're amazing!!! Honest and professional company. I just called today, with an urgent issue, I had a plumber in less than 2 hour, and my plumbing issue was resolved. They were fast, efficient, and believe it or not reasonably priced. I previously had called five plumbing's companies for 2 days before and none of them could do the job without extra charge for an urgent plumbing problem.

I do not recommend. I am currently filing suit against their insurance due to damage that they have caused to my home. They were hired through my Home Warranty insurance to fix a simple issue; and created a larger issue. They were re called by my home warranty (4+ phone calls and two emails) and would not respond to my home warranty company. They have ruined my home.
