Responsive and great customer service! Woke up to a leaking water tank and had it replaced within 4 hours

The tech showed up 2.5 hours late to a 10am appointment, never bothered to come to door & then just drove off! All I needed was to replace two outdoor faucets quoted approx. @ $275 ea. They wasted my entire morning for nothing. Apparently my business, my little faucet replacement job was too much trouble for this company to take on. That's my only experience with this outfit. Doesn't anyone care about doing a good job anymore?

I had this company come to my house to scope my drain lines for an old structure in my back yard that I was going to have made into a workshop. I spoke with the technician after the camera went into the lines and he suggested that they be epoxied in order to make them functional. I asked the cost and then I said I believed that we needed to have the actual water lines tested first to make sure the water lines were still in good shape before the epoxy so that I wasn't throwing good money after bad. well that didn't happen, they went ahead and epoxied the lines and then tested the water line, it was bad. The technician did agree that we had spoken about testing the lines first, I would never have agreed to the epoxy and I would not have added the plumbing back into the shop at all. I had to have a trench hand dug and a new water line laid in place. I have had multiple plumbers out and still no working water lines. so disappointing!
