Inconsiderate to client neighbors. They park right in front of driveway, blocking it, to suit their own convenience. If you care for your neighbors, do not hire this company.

Really disappointed in Peak Mechanical. We are in the process of buying a home, and scheduled them to do our time-sensitive HVAC inspection. Our appointment was scheduled for 1:30 PM, so our realtor and I showed up at the home then. After waiting for 30 minutes with no contact, we called the office and were given no updates. When we asked about rescheduling, the person at the office was unable to provide us with any options for rescheduling. After waiting for more than an hour, with no updates, we finally gave up and left. We heard from the seller that the tech eventually showed up later that afternoon to do the inspection, but we were never called with results. It is now a full 24 hours later, and we still have received no contact about the inspection results. I will never work with Peak Mechanical again and would absolutely not recommend them.
