On Wednesday my hall bathroom was clogged-the toilet and the tub. They came out and stated he was going to take the toilet off to snake it. I stated I had a new one in the garage would they put that one on instead of the old toilet. The estimate started at $612 went to $859 to $1300. it just went up and up. Finally agreed on $475. He stated he found the clog. Two days later it was clogged again. The came back out on Friday and stated for $591 they would have to pull the toilet again to fix the clog. I said no that I would find a different company. On Saturday my back bathroom was also clogged-toilet and the tub. I have a different company coming out on Monday. According to Peadren it was the Y for that toilet which was causing the problem. I would not recommend Peadren. I also had Peadren rewire my house for $23,000. Crew was great. But they knock out some duck work in the atttic. My bedroom was without Air conditioning for 3 week in a heat wave. I called at the being to send someone and that they needed to go back up in the attic. I get the Air conditioning Tech who was god's gift to himself. My AC is 2 and half years old, never had a problem but he states that because of the holes in the house from the rewiring plus my AC was 2 pound low on Freon that it was fixed and do not call over the weekend. Charged me $291 and stated don't call back till the holes got fixed. Holes got fixed but still know one went up into the attic. Still my bedroom was HOT HOT HOT. Manager and crew foreman from the rewiring came out two weeks later. The Manager (Nick) figured out that THEY NEEDED TO SEND SOMEONE UP INTO THE ATTIC. Well the lady (me) was not crazy after all who stated from the being that it had to do with the attic. Someone disconnected a piece of the duck in the attic that was part that goes to my bedroom. Nick the manager acted like I had nothing to say and the heat in my house was my imagination. After they figured out it was from the attic the foreman apologized and Nick the manager did not say a thing. For someone in management he lacked customer service skills. Peaden in all about making money and not listening to the customer. I think Peaden is about charging the customer as much as possible. They will State they need to do this and that and the price goes up and up without no end in sight. This is the first time I have ever wrote a review on yelp but come on Peaden isn't about the customers needs but WHAT THEY CAN CHARGE THE CUSTOMERS. DO NOT USE PEADEN BECAUSE THEY ARE A COMPANY THAT WANTS YOUR MONEY.

My husband and I have been having plumbing issues for about a week, our toilets won't flush and our waste water is now seeping up through our shower drains in both bathrooms. We've determined it's a main line clog, but don't know how to fix it ourselves. We contacted Peaden 5 separate times to get a plumber out, since they claim to have 24/7 service. The first contact was at 5PM. It's been 5 hours, it's 10:30PM and no one has contacted or even offered to help. I've filled out 2 forms on the website as well as talked to 3 different (very kind) ladies over the phone who collected my information and said they would pass it along as an ASAP service. I understand that it may take longer, but again no one has contacted us to even address that we are requesting service. We still can't use our bathrooms, our house is starting to stink, and now judging based on the other reviews we're seeing, it's not worth it. The only reason we tried to use them is because we hear the radio ads and they claim to be 24/7 help. Maybe if we received a service we'd change our minds about them, but so far, we will not be continuing service with Peaden. I hope they don't send a """"salesperson"""" out and charge us for it because we will not pay for it.

Beware of the """"Free sewer line camera inspection""""! I received a letter offering the free inspection and scheduled an appointment. When the tech arrived he said since I didn't have a sewer line clean out he would have to charge me $120 to remove the toilet to access the sewer line. I showed him the letter and told him it was supposed to be free, he said the inspection was free but removing the toilet wasn't. This was not stated anywhere on the letter and when I made the appointment, I was not asked about a cleanout or told there would be a fee if I didn't have one. I refused the """"free"""" service. The tech did offer me a $100 credit on future service if I had the inspection done; I told him his company was shady and I wouldn't use them for anything in the future. I would have given one star but at least the tech was polite.

Both times I used their serviced the tech was in time and kept me informed on what was happening. I was never pressured to do something that I didn't want or to try and upsell me. They called and confirm appt several times and always let me know the status. The ac guy even put in booties so as not to track in mud as it was raining

I called Peaden to inquire about repairing a lighted ceiling fan. The woman said they could fix it but there was a $89 service call that must be paid in advance. It would be applied if we use their service. I thought fair enough. The electrician showed up and I showed him the light and explained what wasn't working correctly. He went to his truck to retrieve a ladder, came back in looked at the ceiling fan for about 2 minutes and said, we don't fix fans, just replace them. I asked why the woman on the phone wouldn't say that and he just shrugged and acted like he could care less. He said if we wanted him to replace it, to call and schedule another appointment, pay another $79 and then he would quote the job. He was out the door in about 5 minutes. I ended up calling a local Handyman. I bought a replacement ceiling fan for $65 (Hampton Bay) and he replaced it for $50. I would not trust Peaden ever again. Bait and switch service calls, that is what they are good at. Total ripoff.

I contacted Michael to see if he could take down an old light fixture and put up a new one. He responded promptly and quoted me a reasonable price. Even after having a flat tire on his trailer earlier in the day Michael came out and efficiently took down the old fixture and replaced it with the new one. He was friendly and professional. I will definitely use him again when I need someone.

Had an electrical panel installed and it failed inspection. Took over 2 weeks to get them to schedule it. Then another 2 weeks to come out and fix the failure. Now another 2 weeks later my permit still not closed. Customer service is awful. Buyer beware. Do not use these people.

They quoted me $937 just to install a toilet (toilet not included). Their price is 3-4 times the price of everyone else. I also noticed their website shows all positive reviews, however YELP and Google reviews show the real reviews.

Do not use Peaden-they send a salesman out instead of a plumber. They gave us a quote of $1300 to fix an under the sink leak and to replace the insides of two faucet handles in the bathroom. The salesman although he was very nice, walked in with a wrist brace on. Big red flag how do you send a plumber out to your house with a problematic wrist. not only did he give us a rediculous price, he tried to get us to buy a membership to Peaden??? Spent $89 for someone to come out and try to sell us something. The next day we got some real plumbers out there who are locals, charged me $300 and fixed both problems within an hour. Peaden air conditioning and plumbing are scammers, beware

THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM! Not sure how they have so many good reviews! Majority must be fake ones. First of all they send a guy out who's dressed like a plumber, but actually he's a salesman only. They re-create the problem, meaning my husband showed him exactly what was going on with our toilet, The salesman goes back to the van to write a ticket up, and comes back saying it's over $2000 to unclog the toilet!! He also claims you can join their """" discount club"""" and get 20% off! My husband asked him how could it be that much to unclog a toilet?!? Maybe if we were getting a whole new sewer line! He claimed this is the price and he's just the middleman. They advertise, """"$89 to come out and address the problem"""" Extremely unethical company! It's disgusting that they try to take advantage of people like this!! BEWARE!!
