We specialize in a range of services such as Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing, and Electrical, including repair, installation, retrofit, and construction. Peaden proudly serves the entire Gulf Coast, encompassing Panama City, Pensacola, Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Gulf Shores, and nearby areas.

Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical began its journey in 1969. Starting in Panama City, Florida, we grew to serve all of Panama City Beach, Lynn Haven, Callaway, Parker, and the entirety of Bay County. We expanded westward in 2010, adding Destin, Okaloosa Island, Freeport, Defuniak Springs, Niceville, Fort Walton Beach, and Crestview to our service area. In 2012, we continued to grow, reaching Pensacola, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Gulf Breeze, Milton, Pace, Jay, Navarre, Fairhope, Daphne, Bay Minette, Robertsdale, Cantonment, and Molino. Peaden’s service area clearly spans the Gulf Coast.

For over 30 years, I have resided on the Gulf Coast, and I am proud to consider it my home. I live and work along this beautiful coast, from Pensacola to Destin to Panama City.

So here is the reply by Peaden as to my dispute with them. That they will only due repair work while they have not been paid in full. After that you will have to involve the BBB and get a lawyer. During the course of the project up until they receive full payment. They cause damage and will try to haggle with you and deprive you of your first amendment rights by stating we will do the repair work after you remove the one star rating. Direct violation of your freedom of speech. Thank you for your feedback Mr. Zaldivar. We appreciate all the time you have spent with our vendors and management team as we have worked together to correct the damages Peaden was liable for during the course of the project. Thank you for working with our Teams due to the unexpected issues. We do apologize for the incidents and for the time it took to resolve them.

Beware of this company, they are crooks. Call them out on an air conditioning repair and they gave me two options. One was to put in a new air conditioner and the second one was to do a repair they said they would guarantee for a year. Of course I took the repair and it didn't even last 24 hours. When I called to report it they refused to come back and make it right. Before they did the repair the technician told me that if the repair did not hold they would put that amount that I paid towards a new unit which they also refuse to do and even bumped up the price on their air conditioner $3,000 more than anybody else in town. I spent 6 weeks going back and forth with them on the phone and speaking to supervisors to know avail. I called my credit card company and filed a dispute and they found that they were wrong and reversed the payment. They have since put me in collections and put a lien on my house. This is a horrible company doing horrible work do not trust them there are plenty of other companies to choose from that are Honorable in Pensacola. Don't walk away, RUN!

We've been an elite member with Peaden for over 2 years now. What drew us to becoming a member was their punctual notifications during the day to let us know when someone would arrive. This past time (HVAC inspection), 3/21/24 we were told unknown as to when someone would arrive, that I would get a call from technician 30-40 minutes out. I called at 4:30 p.m., that day to find out the technician wasn't coming. It was rescheduled to 3/27/24 and I was informed I would be the first call that day. Well, we waited all day. The technician finally arrived around 4:00. I will give the technician credit, he knew what he was doing and finished promptly. I expressed my dissatisfaction and he said he would notify his supervisor. Normally, I would've received a request to complete a survey, but I guess they know what my response would be. Is it really worth being an elite member? We'll see if this type of service continues.

AC went out last summer. Tech examined and said it would cost $2000 to repair. Told him I couldn't pay that. Tech was like, """"I can put everything back the way it was and you'll have to deal with the heat"""". Negotiated down to $1300 but I'd have to purchase a UV light from them and they'd install it as well. Will never use them again.

I've was scheduled to have a dishwasher scheduled and installed on the jan 3rd, They said they would 50 off if they could reschedule which I was okay with on Jan 17th. Then they cancel that too and said they will be able to do it on FRIDAY the 19th. Hey guess what the rest of us have freaking jobs too. If you tell a customer that you will BE THERE then that's what you need to do. Instead of your BS line saying there were multiple people that had major plumbing problems . BUT even THEN the ones that were scheduled already should have come first and you should of told whoever was calling that you would be unable to assist them in their plumbing needs. This is just piss poor customer service in my opinion

28 months ago I contracted Peaden Heating and Air to replace my AC/Heat Pump system. They were higher than most but I was assured it was quality equipment with a ten year warranty. On July 18 my blower motor stopped working and I had no AC. They came the next day and put in a temporary motor until they could order a replacement motor. I was charged $301 for the service. The incorrect motor ran continuously and couldn't be shut off. 15 days later they finally came back and replaced the incorrect motor with the new one. I was then charged $678 dollars for the replacement. They refused to credit me for the first service call. They refused to allow me to keep the incorrect motor they replaced. So almost $1000 paid for a part under warranty. Needless to say I don't recommend this company.

Long story short, we scheduled work on multiple occasion, but the latter portion of our requests weren't met with the same ferver as the initial request. We asked for some electrical work to be done (about $2400), the initial appointment was rescheduled 3 times, and the day the work was supposed to be done (today) they called about 2 hours after they were supposed to be here to cancel without an explanation nor an opportunity to reschedule. Now we have to wait and hope they call us back. It's been a piss poor experience.

Worst service ever. I called and scheduled an appt. for 7/17 and they had cancelled the appointment because there was no credit card on file. They never asked for one when I made the appointment! They did call me, but they called the wrong number, so I had no idea. We rescheduled for 7/18, but we were only available before noon. Had to call and reschedule for a third time and was told they would be here between 8 & 9 am; being the first call of the day. 9:30 came around with still no call. I ended up calling them and told they'd be here before noon. I ended up cancelling and going with another company. Will never use them again!
