Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical is a completely licensed and insured contractor for both residential and commercial needs. We focus on Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing, and Electrical services, including repair, installation, retrofit, and construction. Peaden proudly serves the entire Gulf Coast, encompassing Panama City, Pensacola, Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Gulf Shores, and nearby areas.
In 1969, Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical was established. Starting in Panama City, Florida, we grew to serve all of Panama City Beach, Lynn Haven, Callaway, Parker, and the entirety of Bay County. In 2010, we broadened our service area to include Destin, Okaloosa Island, Freeport, Defuniak Springs, Niceville, Fort Walton Beach, and Crestview. Our expansion in 2012 allowed us to serve Pensacola, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Gulf Breeze, Milton, Pace, Jay, Navarre, Fairhope, Daphne, Bay Minette, Robertsdale, Cantonment, and Molino. Peaden’s service area clearly spans the Gulf Coast.
For over 30 years, I have resided on the Gulf Coast, and I am proud to consider it my home. This coast, stretching from Pensacola to Destin to Panama City, is where I both live and work.

If I could choose zero I would, they sold a riser for my overhead electrical to get a wire off my garage that was touching. it's been a nightmare! They had FPL cut my power during middle of heat wave with no tech even at my house yet! He showed up hour later not even with a riser as the guy that sold didnt enter it right. I spent all day running my generator because of these guys and they still haveNT fixed what I paid handsomely for as after the riser was installed the wire is still on roof and FPA giving me 30 days to fix now! They seem to have no clue and I have to call them as they have took my money and forgot about me. And the AC side is 2 months behind on anything and I've been without their filters for life since! SUCKS!!!!

Scheduling seemed aittle complicated and they had to get my credit info just to place an appointment. We couldn't even get anyone to come out in a timely manner. I guess that's the times we're living in. I was told the tech was going to be here between 8 and 9 . Got a text message at 7 am letting me know they're on the way. 9:15 : noone showed up. Noone called or texted with an update. I finally got in touch with them and canceled. Upsetting that I had to reschedule my clients over this.

If you want your blood pressure to go up! Hire Peadon! If not..... call someone else! I spent way to much money with this company and I will be moving on! The tech's are nice....and a few of them can get the done....others takes them 2 or 3 or more to get it done! There prices are way to high!

In july of 2020 peaden installed a new HVAC system for my home. They then had to return later to replace all the copper lines that were too small that they tried to reuse from the old system. They still to his date have not completed the job that was paid for. I have called every couple of months and am met with lies about parts being ordered or on the way and empty statements about receiving a call back from management which has never happened. The AC works well. The customer service and sense of caring to complete paid for jobs or correct issues is almost nonexistent.

Bought my house a few years ago and Peaden had done most of the work. Discovered how poorly the work was done after we moved in and everything was out of warranty. AC units were installed improperly. Plumbing was done wrong. Half the hot water is connected to cold and one of the toilets is connected to the water heater line. Paid for two service calls and the second guy never showed up and never heard from them again. Don't waste your time, everything they touched was a problem and one of their """"guys"""" even insulted the decor in my house saying """"who would want that? That's so 1980's"""". I've had to hire new AC people, plumbers, electrical, and they all say the work done at our home was done poorly. One of their plumbing guys even showed me multiple things that were done improperly.

A nice man came out to look at my clogged French drain in my driveway. No mask. Took a photo of the drain and said that he could not help me. He said that I need a landscaper to fix it. They could have told me this on the phone when I scheduled the appointment! The scheduler told me that they would fix it. They still charged for the service call even though they did nothing! I will not call them again. I will call to see if they will reimburse some of the service call since they did NOTHING!

I have never been so dissatisfied nor disappointed with a company ever so much as this. Their customer service representative are wonderful. I thank you.

They showed up on time and diagnosed the problem, which Rocky was able to explain in clear and simple language. He provided a number of options for us to consider, and was professional. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Peaden used to be so good but it's been a totally different experience this year. They failed me in every way. They didn't show up the day that was scheduled, didn't call me to let me know they weren't going to show up on the day scheduled, couldn't diagnose the problem on the first service call, spent $200 for repair that didn't fix the problem and then topped it off by giving me the run around about why I was skipped the day that was scheduled for the 3rd service call. There was literally no aspect that was good service except that the repairmen were friendly and very polite. I wish friendly could make up for the wasted time and money but unfortunately it can't.

Had a new toilet that needed to be installed before mother-in-law came to town. After doing the traditional call around with no call backs, Peaden answered the phone and the toilet was installed 3 hours later. The downside? You pay way too much for the install. The tech was great and the work was superb. The fee was robbery.
