DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! EVER! """"Customer Care"""" is not something that is a part of their culture. We are 2 months into the purchase of a new a/c system and it has been nothing but a long miserable experience of dealing with this company. The system does not cool the house to a respectable level on a warm sunny day. The old system that it replaced did a better job. They have sent techs to increase the fan speed (which you're not supposed to do), techs to come out and look at it for 5 minutes and do nothing, or assign techs that don't even bother to show up. I've escalated this to management, but there has been no ownership of the problem. I have had to contact them every single time to prompt some sort of action. I told them I felt like Peaden just took the money and ran. But yet all I keep hearing from them is about how they will make things right. An assessment was done by one of their comfort consultants last week. He agreed the system was not doing what it was supposed to do. The fact that he was sweating heavily while looking at the unit from inside the house was an obvious confirmation of that. After giving them another week to respond, I pinged them yet AGAIN today to ask what are the next steps. Their response was they could put in a larger """"slightly used"""" unit for ANOTHER $5k. Really? You want us to give you more money for more @#%**! service? Your people said the current unit should be sufficient to cool the house. Make it cool the house. If you can't figure it out, you put the larger unit in at your own expense as compensation for the God-awful experience of dealing with your company. I will not go quietly, Peaden. Until you fix the problem to my satisfaction, it is my mission to let people know what a horrendous experience it is to be one of your customers.

Called on Wednesday to arrange for an electrician to come to the condo to do some electrical work on Friday (today). I told them we were leaving on Sunday so the work had to be done before we left. I called and Confirmed on 2 occasions in the morning that an electrician would be coming and that I was on the list to be taken care of. At 4:08 pm was called to be told that no one was available to come today. Be careful with this company. They make promises they can not keep. Chris
