On 15 August 2024 Peacock Plumbing came out to do an estimate for work.
On that day, at the site, I wrote out check #1057 to Peacock Plumbing, but the owner, Jay Heiden, said he wanted it written out to his name as a personal check, so i wrote out check #1058 to ""Jay Heiden.""
Check # 1058 was cashed on 19 August 2024.
No estimate for the work was ever sent.
Peacock Plumbing then looked up my PayPal account and invoiced me on 27 August 2024 for the amount already paid.

I called based on yelp reviews and the owner picked up and I was able to get him to come out the same day based on a sump pump malfunctioning issue. He was very personable and professional. He spent over 6 hours at my house, replacing the primary sump pump as well as installing a new backup and stayed until almost 8 pm doing a few other things that I had discovered based on my inspection report to bring the home up to code. He also installed a Moen Flo system for me fitting the larger size that I had mistakenly purchased to my existing system.

I would highly recommend the company based on the quality of the work. He took no shortcuts. He also pointed out several other issues that probably could use replacement at some point but there was no pressure to act on them the same day. Maybe I got lucky with the timing but I think the fact that he did everything asked and stayed later to do other additions to save me the extra fee for coming out again speaks volumes. This is a company that's willing to go the extra mile for their customers.

Overall, I will be using this company for my plumbing needs going forward.

Jay was very attentive and made sure all of our questions were answered. His attention to detail is impressive, and the area around our sump was cleaner when he left than when he arrived. Lastly, he's a genuinely nice guy, and that means a lot to us.

Jay has done excellent work for me before and is straight up with the work that needs to be done and prices. He's great at answering all questions related to work being done and very knowledgeable. Very highly recommended!!!!
