Our family has used Peacock several times now and will remain our goto plumber. He has replaced sewer lines and in one instance spent 2 days trying to figure out the problem. At another home, his employee John has always been very kind, professional, clean and will explain everything he is doing. They were upfront about the cost of equipment so I knew what to expect. I know when they do the work, I don't have to worry because its done right. Everything is left clean and neat, like nothing happened. Now that I am selling one house, all I have to say is "Peacock did the sewer lines" and the interested buyer knows its done right. If you want it done right the first time, call them. You get what you pay for and I'd rather pay Peacock once than Joe Plumber, twice.

I have used Peacock plumbing twice now. They get the job done quickly, they get it done right and at a reasonable cost. I have vacation rental property and the guest told me there was a slow leak coming out from under the door jam (strange). I called Peacock and although it was slow and the guest put towels down, I was afraid someone would slip. Peacock came in quickly and did the job. Unfortunately they had to remove part of the wall but look what a great job they did fixing it. The guests were very happy they did almost all the work while they were out enjoying the water. They left the are very clean. I cannot say enough about John and his crew. Highly recommended!

This plumbing company MUST NEVER be used under any circumstances! His bill was extremely high; he even charged for the equipment he used to unplug a drain. When I ask about the extra charge, he stated that if he had to rent the equipment, it would cost that amount. However, he did say he own all his own equipment. This was infuriating, as he refused to reduce the bill.

Would not recommend to anyone. Bad deal. Came out for estimate, which was way too much, called another plumber and got it fixed for 1/3 of that, AND THEY STILL SENT US THE BILL AND CLAIMED THAT THEY FIXED IT. Outragious and still got a bill for their estimate which was more than the man that actually fixed it was paid.HA HA-- what a joke!!!
