This place is horrible first they put in a faulty hot water heater less than 3 months ago which took forever to get Justice (the front desk girl) to do her job. She says she will call you back with more information but never does. I have had to call her back everytime. Next the owner (Stacey) accused me of placing a review which they have no proof of and declined my service request. Who does that I guess a company that does not want to admit they placed a trash hotwater heater in my house. This company suck! Use at your own risk!!!! Oh I wish you could not select a star because they dont deserve one. HOW'S THAT FOR A REVIEW!!!!

These guys are the BEST. They come out quickly and they are always reasonably priced. My home has had a lot of plumbing issues since I bought it and they have been to my house many times. Each and every time they are professional, courteous and reasonably priced. They have fixed everything from leaks in my yard to toilets, tubs, even my garbage disposal. Highly recommend them.

If there was a minus five stars that would still not be a low enough rating. Dishonest. Poor work quality. Rude. Refused to give us insurance information after they installed parts that caused our kitchen floors to be ruined in a 100-year-old home. Shame. Shame. Shame.

HORRIBLE!! There's not enough negative words out there to express how bad these people are! My AC has been out for 3 weeks now & they still won't give me an answer when I call as to what's going on! They've sent 2 different people out here. The 2nd one said that 2 parts need to be ordered but the parts have not even been ordered yet! Every time I call, it's a different answer as to what's going on! I had to end up finding someone else to fix it & these people I had to call fixed it within 2 days. Stay away from these people!

Horrific my problem has been Transpiring ever since the freeze we had here in Louisiana. We followed every protocol; I called numerous times; was lied too every single time I spoke with someone. And they never mailed me the correct information or email me any of the information to get to my homeowners insurance for coverage to see which blanket it fail. Loathe this plumbing ""circus act"" type of SeBrice?
Overall a freaking nightmare. it makes no sense for people to even take a few minutes to follow through with some plans to help assist a small family; with a disabled husband, with their little old house. ok I'm done ranting!

They were assigned to me through my home warranty company. I called them on Wednesday January 13th to schedule the appointment for Monday January 18th between 8am-12am which is way later then the 48 hours service rendered required by them to provide service. I did this to avoid what I am about to mention so they wouldn't be tied up when serviceing me. Come 12 pm I haven't heard from them but I'm patient and understanding so I waited. Come 1:30 pm no contact with them so I call to be told a tech will be coming. At 3:30 pm still no word, I call again for peacher plumbing to inform me they can't make it. Obviously I have removed them from potential vendors through my home warranty and now I wait for a new company. I'm a reasonable man and understand things happen but a weeks notice and still no show shows me how unprofessional this company is. Will not use or recommend to anyone.
