I am a first time home buyer and within the first year of owning the house I was notified by the water utility company that we may have a leak. The next water bill we received was for $350 and 32,000 gallons of water. I immediately freaked and Alex and Peach Plumbing called me back within 15 minutes of my voicemail at 9PM during the week. He was able to walk and guide me through the repair process and get the leaky main water line leak fixed, along with two leaky outside water spickets in a matter of a couple hours. I have very nice grass in my front yard and Alex was able to take care of how he was digging the up the grass to be sure to properly lay it back down properly. It didn't even look like he had dug up the ground, that's how good he cleaned up. I've attached pictures. Also, Alex is fair with his pricing and does not try to take advantage of his customers (even the customers new to the home ownership world)! He is a must call for any type of plumbing needs!

Everyone knows that sinking feeling when you think or know you have to get a leak fixed, and consequently, deal with a plumber. However, Alex is an ANGEL. I can't find the words needed to describe how amazing and professional he is. I thought there was a leak in my home, because I heard a dripping noise back behind the walls of my laundry room. My boyfriend and I were looking for a reliable and fair plumber in the area, and thank the heavens that Alex is in this area. He gave us a time slot of 2 - 4 PM, and normally, when a contractor gives a time slot you don't expect them to be at your house at the beginning of the time slot. Alex came right on time (at the beginning of the time slot), which was great, because I didn't have to wonder when he was going to show up. At first, Alex agreed that we had a leak, but after a little more observation he actually showed me that we didn't have a leak at all. Instead, it was just old plumbing. He also imparted a lot of knowledge while he was here about previous leaks and ceiling repairs. And on top of all that, he did a quick fix on a toilet we have downstairs that wouldn't flush unless you held the handle down. (He literally just put a tube back where it belonged.) And now, it flushes normally!! He has officially won my business for the rest of my life. If you're like me, and you're skeptical that any contractor could be this great. Please try him out for yourself when you have a plumbing issue!!

I can't say enough about Alex's promptness and honesty. We have a rental house in Acworth, GA and the tenants thought the shower was leaking. Alex came out the next day and ran the water in every sink and every shower for 20 minutes to see if he could identify the leak. He was confident there was no leak, but he noticed that some of the grout was cracking in our shower and recommended we find a grout person and DID NOT CHARGE US! I was amazed. Every plumber we've had in the past charged us just to show up. A few weeks later we had the grout fixed in the shower. The renters pointed out a leaking sound they heard in the ceiling. Alex came back out to our house a second time. He pointed out that CPVC pipes (which we had installed a few years before) can make that sound if they are not attached with the right type of hanger. Again Alex let us know his diagnosis and DID NOT CHARGE US. Since the shower was fixed we have not heard from the renters. At this point I can only assume that the issue was indeed the cracked grout and not a plumbing leak. If it does turn out that there is a leak I will definitely call on Alex again. Thank you, Alex!

I had contacted a few plumbing services to look into an issue with my shower and get quotes for fixing. Alex seemed to be the most knowledgeable, most reliable, and had very reasonable pricing. He advised me what parts to buy, showed up on time, fixed my issue, and gave me some advice on some future projects I had in mine. My plumbing issue is now fixed and I've found a good plumber. I'd highly recommend!

Alex is awesome, he was able to give a quote over the phone, come quickly and fix the problem for the price he said. He is highly knowledgeable and does the job right. I had a great experience with Alex from Peach Plumbing. By the looks of these comments, a lot of other people have too. It's pretty simple - he's a nice guy who does quality work at low cost. Beyond that, his level of customer service was pretty incredible: I texted with a question, hoping for a text back the next day. He called me within a minute.

I used them a few months ago for a broken faucet pipe. The plumber ( Alex) was very nice and on time. He cane and diagnosed our problem. He did not charge us a few to come and look at the issue. The next day he was on time again and fixed our faucet. His fee was reasonable and he was very nice. He even found some other issues with the house water pressure that we was not aware of. Because of him we were able to get the issue resolved.

I was more than impressed with Alex & Peach Plumbing Inc. I had to cancel because of a Dental appt that ran long and he rescheduled with me with no hassle or complaint for the next day. He showed up exactly on time, was extremely polite and professional, even took off his shoes before entering the house! He came in and looked at our issues with the dishwasher and under the sink for just a few minutes, told me how to fix the simple issue myself with a part from home depot, called and scheduled a repairman to come out and fix my dishwasher same day, since it was an appliance issue, not plumbing, and then he even took a look at a slow drain of mine and unclogged it completely for free. He was polite, professional, obviously knows what the heck he is doing, and very honest and fair. He has just won my plumbing business for as long as I live in the Marietta/Kennesaw/Acworth area! And even longer if he will drive where ever I may move in the future! Thank you, Alex, you were wonderful!
