Recommended Customer Reviews

Quickly came out to repair a leak. In and out in minutes. The technician was professional, courteous, and thorough. This is my third experience using Peach Plumbing. The first was to replace a seal around one toilet, later to replace the seals on the other 2 (original), and today for a leak. They were the first people I considered calling and didn't disappoint.

Excellent customer service and top plumbing technicians. I've been a customer for 3 years, and the Peach team has been reliable on all of the repairs we've needed in our home.

I recently called this company to check a leak, they sent someone inexperienced that tried to get me to spend $1500 on things that had nothing to do with the actual problem and most importantly would not fix the leak I asked for. He couldn't find what was causing the problem and made up other things to try to """"fix"""" . He was very unprofessional on the phone and clearly did not know what he was talking about. I immediately got another plumber who fixed the problem immediately for $200. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will send inexperienced people to your home that will try to scam you and I can't imagine what their work looks like. I have never posted on yelp before but this company is the biggest joke and I feel the need to warn people.

I have never used their plumbing services before. However, while I was driving in Atlanta, I witnessed the large van they drive, run a car off of the road to cut them off. BEWARE!

Special Thanks to Robert Barnes and his team for being there when I needed them most. My water heater had stopped working on a Thursday at 12:00 PM, within a short time, Jay Jay arrived to assess the situation. I had a houseful of friends and family arriving that evening. Shortly after that, they replaced my unit with a new tankless heater. Jay Jay and another team member stayed until the unit was replaced and up and working, which meant working late at night (10:30 PM). The team (Jay Jay) did not stop at 5:00 PM and say it was time to go home, they stated until it was done. I asked them about staying late, and they said, Robert says treat the customer the way you want to be treated and stay until the job is done!"""" We had Hot water by 10:30 - fed the guys pizza, and could not rely on a better team! Thanks, ROBERT and JAY J

I placed a service call with Peach Plumbing and Drain to clean my tankless hot water heater and to unclog a bathroom sink drain. The """"plumber"""" they sent said tankless hot waters don't need cleaning and that, even though I described the fact that the sink clog (a hard brown mess)was a recurring issue, he didn't delve into the reason except to say that """"maybe it was from toothpaste!"""" I later received a call asking if I was satisfied with my service and let them know how dissatisfied I was and why. They called back about an hour later with no explanation, but to tell me that they could send a plumber out the following week to clean the hot water heater. Now my downstairs toilet has backed up and I'm wondering if it has something to do with the way their plumber handled the sink clog. DO NOT USE PEACH PLUMBING!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Technician came out to install water heater. In the process broke our recirculating pump and then tried to fix it using a torch and burned one of the studs in our basement. Lucky our house did not burn down. Bent drip pan underneath heater so that it was not usable and left it that way. Left all trash - no clean up. All work and joints very sloppy. Tracked mud and dirt everywhere. Contacted owner and appears by his lack of response and answering legitimate questions that he is dodging the whole issue. Now we have to find another company to repair all the damage they caused.

The customer service was great. Kristen was very helpful as far as getting us scheduled quickly to get things resolved and was very professional and very nice. The tech (Doug) arrived and was very nice and very knowledgeable. He went right to work and got things moving and fixed right away. Our toilets that were clogged got fixed in a very timely manner. I appreciate them working after hours as I have family coming in to town. The pricing was affordable and Peach Plumbing and Drain made a bad situation bearable. Thank You Peach Plumbing and Drain!

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE - extravagant prices for sloppy work. I wish I could post photos to this review to really showcase the quality of work. I had two projects with this company: installing a shower drain ($5k) and installing a kitchen faucet ($1k). I'm honestly embarrassed to admit I paid those prices. First project: I had Peach Plumbing install a shower drain (a difficult task because they had to remove concrete). I was planning on installing a shower pan with a matching glass frame; however, the shower drain was not centered. Thus, I could not use the kit or frame I purchased after their work. I called to complain and they told me to """"consult with my tile guy."""" They blamed the outcome on me, stating I should have told them to center it more. In addition to paying $5k, I was suppose to take my time to watch them, critique their work and direct them on how to do their job. If I had that knowledge, I wouldn't have hired a plumber in the first place. They also informed me they thought I was going to """"tile the shower"""" . . . because that is a valid excuse to mis-place the drain. Second project: I simply wanted a kitchen faucet installed. I had my parents monitor this project because I had to work. Since I purchased a new sink, they stated I needed new plumbing for a proper fit. After they left, my parents had to immediately call them back because it was leaking. When I personally arrived to look, plumbers putty was smeared all over the sink and garbage disposal seal like it had been assembled by a 2 year old. I was absolutely astonished someone charging these prices would have those type of outcomes. The lack of craftsmanship and quality of work is so disappointing. I honestly feel like I was robbed.

*****REVIEW UPDATE******* Was contacted by owner for more details on this service call. Indicated corporate changes in the work to increase training and communications. Full refund of amount paid was returned. Effort to """"make things right"""" was exceptional. ************************* I usually do small repair jobs for my daughter but she had a leaky shower head she could not stop due to bad Tempress II cartridge in control valve. I could not help immediately so she called Peach. The technician was very nice and polite. He secured the water to the entire house at the meter and started to search for a repair cartridge. After almost 2 hours of searching online he said this was a rare cartridge and he could not find one. He said in the mean time in order to stop the leak and restore water service to the rest of the house he would have to cut and cap the water service to the shower valve. Gave 2 options, remove tile around shower valve or cut hole in den wall (raised wood paneling!) to cut/cap service lines. Daughter wisely said stop as she wanted second opinion. Technician charged her $450 which he said was time spent looking for part. She got Dad (me) to take a look for second opinion. I discovered supply cutoffs on this valve (see attached photo) and secured water in 2 seconds. No shower demo or hole in den wall required ! I also looked at the cartridge (attached photo)and within 5 minutes found one on amazon and several other plumbing supply houses. Had one overnighted and within 20 minutes repair was finished and no more leak. By the way the technician quoted a additional $600 if he was to find/install cartridge ! In plumbing (as in medicine) sometimes you need a second opinion. Another piece of advice for the Peach technician, even if he did not know how to cut the service at the valve, he could have put an inexpensive cut off valve in place of the shower head to stop the leak while waiting on the replacement part. Considering ripping open walls to cap off service lines was just malpractice. Need to retake """"Plumbing 101""""
