We purchased new appliances for our kitchen and upon delivery discovered that we did not have the requisite water lines beneath our sink (the original builder of the house saved money by installing shite). I needed a plumber that could assess the issue by phone and then get the job done quickly. Alex arrived exactly when he said he would, surveyed the job, quoted the price before starting the work, and then delivered the exact service that he said he would. In this day and age to find a person that cares about your issue as much as you do is very difficult. Alex is the guy you want solving your plumbing problems. #courteous #prompt #satisfied-customer

Guessing most of the other Yelp reviews were written by friends and family of Alex. Worst experience ever! Rental home had a minor 3/4"""" copper pipe leak in basement. Called Alex to ask his hourly rate and see if he could do the job. Alex would not state and hourly rate - does pricing by the job so he can maximize his profits. Alex stopped by the home the next day and stated that all 40' of 3/4"""" copper pipe in basement should be replaced. He quoted the job at $700.00. He stated that there were multiple 90 degree bends and +/- 40' of 3/4"""" copper pipe. He stated the job would take him well over half a days work. Furthermore, he discovered a small leak in an upstairs Moen shower faucet. He said that he would replace with a new Moen shower faucet for an additional $150.00. Total now is $850.00. After slightly over 2 hours of work (verified by tenants), Alex was complete with the basement piping and shower faucet. Tenants and property manager discovered only one 90 degree bend in the piping and the upstairs shower faucet was still leaking. Alex stated that he had only replaced the Moen shower 'cartridge.' A $20.00 dollar part and 5 minutes of his time and it was still leaking. Upon questioning him about the fact that he had swindled a homeowner living in another state, he became extremely hostile and offered many threats! This plumber is all about maximizing his return and minimizing his time on the job with a complete lack of integrity..... Beware and choose another business!!!

Alex was right on time at 9AM this morning. He diagnosed a smell in our basement and that the dehumidifier I put in was the right approach. He also tightened some loose sink faucet handles that I couldn't reach. When I pulled out my checkbook to pay him, he declined. While I don't expect free service (and neither should anyone else for that matter!), I am now a customer for life. Really impressed by his professionalism in the following ways: 1.) Showed up on time 2.) Was well dressed 3.) Was well groomed 4.) Very articulate 5.) Very nice 6.) Focused on me as a customer, not on finding ways to bill me Thanks, Alex!

Alex is not only great at plumbing, he gets customer service like few others. He returns your phone call quickly, came out to my house quickly, solved the problem and is just a great guy. We moved into our house two weeks ago and had some issues that should have been caught in the inspection...they weren't and we needed help. He has been amazing and will be our plumber moving forward.

The reviews are absolutely true! Sent a Yelp request at around 11:00pm and got a quote back less than 10 minutes later. Alex called me the next morning to schedule a window of 12:00pm-2:00pm, and by 12:30pm, he was here! I was quoted the price with and without their company providing a new garbage disposal. He installed the one I picked up and even tightened the toilet seat in my bathroom. I am sold! My plumber for life!

We discovered Sunday morning that our 14 year old water heater was not working and sent out several quotes for a replacement. Alex was quick to respond, answered our questions regarding the different water heaters he could supply vs us picking one up with a Home Depot 10% off coupon. Alex was able to come Monday evening to do the installation. He was quick, competitively priced, and the work looks to be good quality. A short bit later and we had hot water again!

I wish I could give a review on the service but have not heard back. I sent a request twice for the """"get a quote in an hour"""". The second request was answered by Jennifer asking where I lived. Still have not heard back and need to find someone to come out tomorrow. Moving on.
