With 30 years in the industry, we deliver top-notch service. The construction trade is a family legacy. I hail from a lineage of carpenters, including Jesus. I come from a family of carpenters, including my father and brothers. Many of my friends work in various trades, from electricians to plumbers. Masonry and steelworking are also part of my family’s diverse trade background. I've gained hands-on experience across these trades. Many seasoned professionals now oversee buildings, sharing their knowledge. Having spent years as a union carpenter and with various firms, I decided to serve homeowners. My goal is to tackle both typical and unusual challenges. My extensive toolset allows me to resolve issues for homeowners and commercial properties. I also enhance value through home improvements. My experience in customer care ensures a hassle-free process for clients. “As long as we communicate, every challenge has a resolution”. Veasna H.Extremely Disappointing Experience with Unprofessional Handyman
I recently hired Arthur to install our front door. However, my experience with him was extremely disappointing. Not only did he fail to complete the work within the agreed-upon timeframe, but he also left the project unfinished. His lack of professionalism and disregard for deadlines have caused me a great deal of inconvenience and frustration.
Firstly, his communication skills were severely lacking. It was incredibly frustrating trying to get in touch with him as our door did not closed properly and can't be locked from the outside. As it's unsafe for my family and needed to be fix. We scheduled for another day and he did not show up at the time he was scheduled.
Furthermore, he rendered his service as he knew he couldn't handle the work and wanted me to pay in full. He expected me to pay in full as the job wasn't complete and stated he had to purchase other tools for my door installation. As a handyman, I hope that he has all his tools and equipments knowing the jobs he was hired to do.
I had to hire another contractor to complete his unfinished work which he completed in a timely manner.
I would strongly advise against hiring Arthur for any future projects. Non licensed contractor, incompetence and unreliability make him a poor choice for anyone seeking quality workmanship and professionalism.
