I would choose Peace of Mind Plumbing & Heating over and over again after my first experience with them. I needed my hot water heater to be replaced and a lot of companies I asked needed me to look for a carpenter since the door frame would also need to be removed and put back again. When I contacted PMPH Mike was able to quickly provide me with an estimate over the phone and he came the same day to replace the water heater. What's great is that he was very careful about the door frame and even tried to put it back on after he was done. I wasn't there for the job, but my tenants were very impressed with him.

Later, I forgot to pay my invoice, and Mike gave me a call as a gentle reminder. I felt so bad that I forgot, so I must've sounded a bit distressed on the phone, Mike kindly asked me if there's anything I like to talk about. I was really touched by his kindness and understanding. In this day and age, it's hard to find people that not only excel at what they do, but are also just really down to earth people! That's why I would highly recommend PMPH to my friends and family =D! Honesty.

So refreshing to see in this day and age.

Had a leak in our kitchen ceiling due to poor workmanship. Guys came, took a look at the problem, told us that they needed to replace the whole drainage pipe, quoted me a price.

The next day they came to do the work. After working on it for a little while, it turned out to be a much smaller problem. They informed me and adjusted the price.

They could have taken advantage of us in this instance. Instead they were up front and honest. God forbid something else happens to this house plumbing-wise, but if it does, we know who we're calling.

They came recommended by my friend who used them for some major plumbing repairs. I have used these guys few times already, Jordan was the guy to arrive all the times. Once for a bathroom drain clog, once for a toilet installation and once to unclog an underground drain pipe. Mike is easy to get in touch with, even if you leave a message, he is prompt to call back. Very easy to get an appointment scheduled as well. While not cheap, these guys always arrive on-time, are very professional and DO NOT leave any mess after they are done. Highly recommend.

Arrived within 30 minutes of initial call. Fixed my kitchen sink shutoff valve in 10 minutes flat. Did not try and sell me things I didn't need. Were 20% more expensive than another plumbers quote. What's honesty and responsiveness worth to you?
