I want to give my highest recommendation to PDX Sewer Solutions. Rob went well above and beyond to help us out when we had a very bad sewer problem. He came out on the weekend to scope it out and to see if he could give us any temporary relief. He then gave us really clear options for fixing the issue. He was then able to work us into his already booked week, knowing that our sewer problem had basically left us without any working bathrooms,- and in a full family household, that's not great situation. When he and his son showed up they worked quickly to fix the problem, cutting in to the sewer pipe to remove a piece of metal strapping causing a massive blockage. And they were able to keep the mess contained and out of our living areas. And he was fairly priced to boot! Rob and his crew were an absolute pleasure to work with. If I could give more than five stars I would. Rob and his son, Robbie, did amazing work and we couldn't be happier. They came out to do an assessment initially but then it turned out we did new pipes.....and fast! Our system was failing. They moved heaven and earth to get to us fast. They were absolutely careful with the garden and not doing ANY damage in a VERY tight area. And their work was stellar, including a beautiful clean-up at the end. And just what kind, funny, honest people! No one wants a sewer problem but if you have one, this company should be your first call. Might as well be your only call!!

Great service from a Father and Son business. Our landscaper was replanting area where we lost a tree in last winter's ice storm. After just a few inches of digging, they ran into some foul water. Rob came out the same afternoon and gave us a verbal estimate. Came the NEXT DAY to do the work. He had expected just a couple hours labor but ran into drainage pipes running UPHILL from the yard to the curb. He and his son excavated it all by hand to protect our plantings, relaid all the weed fabric, and removed and replaced all plants. re installed drain lines from the house to the curb. He only asked for his two hour estimated price, but we finally convinced him to accept a little more as they had worked all day. They snaked and camera- inspected all the lines up to the house and left the place pristine. Hope we never have sewer or drainage issues again, but if we do, our first call will be to Rob. Warm, polite, great job, and yes, a little chatty, but WELL worth the money for a job well done.

Came out quickly to provide an estimate, chatted for over and hour. Gave me a verbal ""rough estimate"", told me he would follow-up with a written bid and never heard from him again. Gave job to a larger company.
