Joshua and his brother came out to survey our plumbing issue and quote. He was very respectful and they did a thorough job with analyzing the issue and providing a reasonable quote with different options. Unlike other plumbers, they actually pulled out the borescope to figure out the root cause without charging me for that part of the service. (Other plumbers that came out quoted me $89 just to run the borescope or quoted me to service other areas that were not the real root cause issue.)

Definitely recommend PDS if you're in need of plumbing help!

This company was very good with communication. Both in setting up the job and on the day it was scheduled. I was notified via text that they were on the way and sent pictures of the techs.

They arrived and immediately got to work. I had what I thought was a mainline backup and overflow into the garage. It took us a while to notice it because it was covered and by that time we had ourselves a little swamp in 1/2 the garage.

The two technicians, Dominick Campos and Jonathan Antunez, were extremely friendly and professional. They checked the mainline, determined it wasn't an issue and gave it a clean bill of health, checked for leaks throughout and around the house and finally, crawling through the nasty garage swamp, found the issue! It was an old garage fridge that gave up. I didn't check it because it was no longer hooked up and was dry everywhere I could see around it.

So, I felt like an idiot for that, but these guys were super gracious, moved the offending fridge out of the garage for me (after helping me move some junk that they didn't have help with). Then, they were on their way. Free inspection and two of the most helpful servicemen I've run into in a long time!

I highly recommend PDS and especially Dominick and Jonathan. I'm super impressed and very relieved. Honest work, no up charges, no fake charges. Great experience!

Anthony was my technician and did a great job. He was very familiar with the issues I was having with my hot water pump regulator and also two showers that needed new cartridges. It was a very professional transaction and they also guarantee their work for one year
