PDS Plumbing is a ripoff company. I had water pipe leaks underneath of concrete . I hired a handyman to help fix it but he couldn't find the leaks. Then he called PDS plumbing company for water leaks detector, Andrew Magana showed up instead of help me in needed situation . He hooked up with the handyman and together they're made up the price more than doubled what should cost to rerouted 1 pipe for 7,000 that included 200 for leaks detector( I said ok because I didn't know the price until later on I search Google and found out that way over charged) But in the end Andrew Magana refused to work with the handyman that made him mad and he showed me all the texts message , recording conversation between him and Andrew Magana did to scammed me . People beware PDS Plumbing &air is a rip off company, 7,000 thousand for rerouted only 1 pipe and less than 4 hours worked and that's only 1 person job ! And they only repipe no patches the drywall's. What a greedy company !

I expect fair negotiation of prices and clear communication before starting any work. He charged me $50 for installing a toilet lid. When working on the toilet, I expected professional advice and fair pricing. If he had informed me of the cost upfront, I would have done it myself.

He quoted me $100 to place bark chips for an 11x4 ft area. I did not agree with the pricing and decided to do it myself. Some work was not completed as agreed.

I feel like he was trying to take advantage of the situation. Additionally, he arrived late which was unprofessional.

PDS was amazing! They worked with me from start to finish on my whole water heater debacle. I worked with Francisco who was very kind and patient with me. He was very knowledgeable and helped me figure out what to say when I called about my warranty and walked me through the process of getting a payment plan going. Overall, PDS is very responsive, friendly, professional, and efficient.

*WARNING SENIOR CITIZENS! I had contacted PDS before and had gotten a clog fixed. So I trusted them, but also found out the man I had worked with before was no longer with them so they sent Francisco Gonzales on the $99 drain snaking special that they have. This is where things started to get crazy. The first thing after introductions he told me it would be $289 to clear the drain. I told him he was wrong so he said he had to make a call and came back and said yes I see that's a special we have. I immediately became suspicious of this guy since he was clearly trying to pull a fast one right out of the gate. I find it hard to believe none of this was mentioned in his service order for the job. In any regard, he then opened up the clear out in the garage and we both saw that the drain check valve was stuck with a blockage. I can't even make this stuff up as he then proceeded to tell me the clear out needed to Jack hammered excavated and replaced!!! ALL for only $5,500!! Folks I was obviously being bamboozled. The whole time I was thinking they represent veterans and they are out here trying to take advantage of folks in retirement communities of which I'm apart of. I respect our veterans and their service and am grateful for our freedom. But using the good name of the brave men and women who serve this beautiful country to be nefarious and take advantage of those in need in your community is despicable and PDS you should be ASHAMED of yourselves! Needless to say they will never get my business again! I did find a great company called MasterCraft Plumbers. Jeremiah came out the next day. He took a quick assessment and saw the same problem, used his logic and reason, and came up with a solution. As opposed to Francisco at PDS that just wanted to ""upsell"" the most expensive and unnecessary solution one could ever imagine to say his solution was a last resort option is the understatement of the year. Back to Jeremiah at MasterCraft, his solution was to snake from the kitchen clear out and he punched through the clog!! He then took it a step further he took out the drain line and cleaned off the drain valve. Hey Francisco guess who didn't have to jackhammer the garage to get the check valve? The part can literally be pulled up and out cleaned and reinserted. Jeremiah with MasterCraft Plumbers, was eager to help and actually fix the problem. Francisco from PDS couldn't be bothered to take any tools out or even offer a reasonable solution besides the Hail Mary most expensive solution nobody would even think of. He was slimy and it felt like he was up to no good for sure, so buyer beware! MasterCraft on the other hand only charged $295 and got it fixed in under an hour. I'll be hiring MasterCraft plumbing from now on and be sure to ask for Jeremiah, I suggest you seriously look into it. Below are the quotes/invoice from each company. The pictures of the real people and especially the one you want to avoid at all cost if this guy shows up just abort mission, you were warned! Be safe out there!

All I can say is wow!!! From start to finish everyone was very communicative and friendly. I spoke to Joe about getting a quote. He was very kind and responsive. The same day he sent his technician out Marcelino. I can't say enough good things about him. He introduced himself, had a smile on his face, placed shoe covers on before entering my home and gave me an honest assessment. We didn't end up working together. However, from the professionalism and expertise I just witnessed they will be my first call should I need a project completed.

After receiving an estimate to replace a sink, I called the company to inquire about the specifics and breakdown of the cost of the repair. The estimate provided had a flat rate and did not break down the cost fully. After speaking to the technician and asking for the breakdown of the cost of repairs, he informed me that service and parts are higher due to inflation. This is quite understandable. However, the technician complained that I was ""harassing"" him due to my specific questioning. I felt that this was quite unnecessary and unprofessional. Because of this, I have decided to go with a different company. Although Joe noted that their company had the best rates, I would rather pay higher rates than allow this technician to make a repair for me due to his sour attitude.
