Once again, Pro Plumbing & Drain Solutions came through for us, after yet another unfortunate mishap with our renovation. This time it was a whole row of nails used for siding, that also lined up with a plastic pipe. Not the best combo. They were able to locate the two punctures and replace that section of pipe. Once again, so happy to have found this reliable, vet-owned business. They have become my go-to for all of our plumbing needs.

David G came out. Was so professional. Good equipment. He videoed the drain, found the problem then cleaned. Over the years we have had a number of plumbers out to unclog our 90 year old drain in bixby knolls. I have never bothered to even keep their cards. This time I out Pro Plumbing in my Contacts. I certainly recommend Pro Plumbing and will use them for all my future plumbing needs. The owner is a Vet too. It is good to do business with our Vets.

Our water main sprung a leak, and we were forced to have the water district turn all water off until the leak could be fixed. I called Pro Plumbing & Drain at 2:30pm. They assured me that although it work require working overtime, they would be here between 4 and 6pm. They arrived at 4:30pm, had everything back up and running to perfection by 6:30pm, and I could not be more happy. Thank you to Jose and Henry! You did a fantastic job!! It was so very much appreciated that you were willing to work late. Thank you!!!!!

We are having an ongoing issue with our hot water heater ever since the city came out to update our water meter, hot water unpredictable for almost a week already! These guys came out and did the analysis for me, and really talked though all the options so we feel
Informed to make our next decision. They even provided a stopgap measure so that we can get some hot showers while we figure out what to do. All for free! Highly recommend.

$105 to just inspect the washer drain issue, not applied toward repair. I understand it was emergency Sunday, was not quoted it will be $105 to just inspect it and they can't do repair until later. Quote to repair also came out higher than others.

These guys will upsell you. They quoted me a price of $120 to do an upstairs toilet install once the guy got here he said it would be $280. Beware of them.
