Had a Sunday emergency (leak in the walls). Called four different companies - everyone was too busy. I got lucky when I called Pro Plumbing and Frank showed up and diverted the leak. He showed me what the problem was and told me what would be needed. Since my problem was caused by a different plumber, I decided to let them fix their mistake. I still had a leak, but they didn't traet it like an important situation. I just needed the problem fixed. So, I reached out to Pro Plumbing again, and Frank solved the problem again. I really appreciate Pro Plumbing's efficient and professional business expertise. Both times, they were timely, knowledgeable, and neat.

We rang in the new year with a leaking, busted kitchen faucet. Knowing we needed to just purchase a new faucet but didn't trust ourselves to do the installation, I turned to Yelp and threw out about 10 quote requests. Pro-Plumbing got back to me so quick and as if they pulled the cost I was hoping for right out of my mind, we scheduled an appointment for the next day. I dont normally write a review as you can see on my profile. I just use yelp for restaurant info. But today, I had to do this review since this company saved me from a desperate and frustrating situation.

This morning, my shower handle broke off from the valve stem. I mean, literally the rod that turns the valve broke off.

I am one of those diy people and replaced the same stem valve about 3 years ago. It took me about 15mins with the moen tool puller.

But this time, I cant even use the tool so I tried to pull it with pliers with the plastic part even with the guard on kept on braking until all I had was just the worn out front valve stem that was stuck in the pipe. And cut my finger during this ordeal.

So here I was, calling and asking for quotes from literally 30 plumbing companies. One company wants $180 just to diagnose the problem which I already know. I kept on telling them it was a stuck valve stem in the pipe. Another one stated I need the whole copper plumbing replaces and quoted me $1250. The other one was $150 per hour. Hopefully, all their tech move fast and dont take their time since its hourly.

The worst part was that even if I agreed. The soonest they can come in will be Monday.

Also, I contacted the first 3 companies with 200plus 5 star rating. The receptionists took my name and stated that their techs will call me back. They Never called.

So I took a chance and called Daniel from Pro Plumbing. I kinda worried with only few feedbacks but I had to make a decision. Wait til Monday shutting my water on and off or go with this company. His quote was comparable and in the middle of the range of what I was quoted on but the difference was that he got me a tech in my home within a few hours. No bullshit. His quote is what I paid. Which what it should be.

Frank was the tech. He was very polite and even put shoe covers on. He looked at the problem. I apologized for destroying the valve stem. So now he has no handle to turn this valve free. But He was able to do the impossible and was able to drill/tap it out. Installed the the new stem. And did it in about one hour. And Daniel stated that they guarantee their work for 90 days (labor). So thats another plus. The work area was left clean.

My experience with this company was very pleasant. I learned my lesson and my limit. So now, I have peace of mind now that I have their card on my fridge.

I had a problem with on of my rental properties, and had my normal plumber go out several times, to fix it. After several attempts the problem continued. I contacted Pro Plumbing, Daniel, and they went out and fixed the problem the first time. The price was very reasonable as well too. Pro Plumbing will be my go to plumbing solution from now on.
