zoe f.This is my first time using PDS Plumbing & Air and they did a great job. My toilet wasn't flushing and it was gurgling, but they got it snaked in about 15 minutes. I'm not too savvy with prices, but they charged me $450. To me it seems like a lot, but they came the same day and assured me this would do the trick.
The plumbers were kind and Josh explained everything to me. He seemed sincere, but again I have no clue about how much this would normally cost. I googled the average cost for snaking a drain and Forbes gave me a National average of $250, High $360, and low $125.
They gave me 72 hrs to call them back if something happens. It's been almost 48 hrs and no problems.
Cherie S.Our 10 year old water heater called it quits 1 day before our new tenant was to move in. I was in a panic. PDS sent Dion and Ceaser out the same day to install a new one. They were quick, efficient, polite and said ""no problem"" when they had to carry buckets of water up the basement steps to drain the water heater. Great company, great guys!

Adrian G.We had 2 drains clog 1 overnight and 1 first thing in the morning. I reached out to PDS expecting to hear they could come out in a day or two but no! They came out the same day! I was told they would arrive between 1400 and 1700 the driver Juan arrived about 1420 he was very professional and had a great and positive attitude. He was very clean and efficient in clearing our drains. It was very quick and was very reasonable. I would highly recommend PDS for any of your plumbing needs. I would use them again in a heartbeat if needed again in the future!
