I am very happy with the work done by PDS. I hired them to install a pedestal sink that would require them to move some pipes. Also, the cold water line to the sink had not worked for years, so they needed to fix that as well. Cody came out and assessed my situation, and turned in the info for my estimate. I ordered my sink and faucet from Home Depot, and when those arrived I called PDS to make an appointment for the work to be done. Larry and Carlos came out and did the work. In just a few hours they had the entire project completed, which included going into the the side of the wall and changing some things with the pipes. They found the section of pipe where my cold water line was clogged with rust and they replaced it. And my new sink looks great! Everyone from PDS was highly professional and they knew exactly what needed to be done. I would definitely hire PDS again, and recommend them to friends.

Came out on an emergency call on a Sunday, which would have caused us to have an emergency fee. However due to it being an easy fix they waved the emergency fee which was great

I messaged them really late at night because my toilets and shower overflowed. I have a large tree in the front yard and the roots get into the pipes and it causes this every now and again. The owner was very responsive and received an answer early morning and were able to get me on their schedule early morning. Their specialist explained to me what he was going to do and sent me a report with pictures. From beginning to end, this company was professional and quick!

Swift service and very responsive. Sent a message through Yelp for an estimate and approximate time for repair of clogged shower. I was able to get a same day appointment and the technician was able to come out even earlier than expected. Technician was knowledgeable and kind.

Eric saved the day when he came out the same day late into the afternoon to repair my A/C!! He worked hard to discover the issue, he located the part, quickly obtained it and was back first thing the next morning to install the part! I was back in cool air in no time. Plus the pricing is very competitive, worth every penny for all the work Eric did to get my AC repaired and running perfectly. I will never call anyone else for my air maintenance and repair and plan to use them for any plumbing I need as well. I will for sure ask for Eric as he was extremely professional, courteous, and had excellent customer service. Thank you so much Eric!!

Really upset! Called and had an issue with stuff coming up in my shower. They did get someone out to me almost immediately which was great. The bad thing is the guy said he could not snake my line. He said because my bathroom sinks were connected he couldn't do it. He said he couldn't get my trap open so couldn't snake through there. When he left nothing had been done because he couldn't complete any of it but he charged me $95.00 anyways. He told me my main line had to be snaked and that if they had to break concrete it's not their issue. He said he made me an appt for 10 am and I would be charged 2500.00 minimum to snake the line. Long story short I'm canceling that appointment I don't know why my trap wouldn't be broke open to be snaked before the main line. I also don't understand what I was even charged for if nothing could be completed. Just seems like it escalated quickly to being 2500 minimum repair before we even know what it is.

Hi Daniel thanks for reaching out I do appreciate that. It does show excellent customer service on your part.

Unfortunately I do not feel that same level of service was received from the person who came to my house. It indeed was not explained to me that the $95.00 would be applied to anything done today.

Sadly not much was explained well at all. The plan of action flip flopped the entire time the guy was here. It went from I'm sure it's in this line on this end of the house to well never mind it's over here and I can't do anything about it. And, if I wasn't alone I could go on your roof. And, well....I could put a hole in your wall or cut into your sink but I'm not sure that would work and you'd have to replace the entire sink. Then it was ok well I can't do anything since the trap won't open and I can't get on the roof it'll be 2500.00 minimum to snake main line and we probably have to bust concrete.

I want to let you know that I did have a plumber out from another company today who was able to both open my trap and climb on my roof which for some reason couldn't be done yesterday. He was able to snake the line and also run hydro from the roof to clear. This immediately resolved our issue. We were charged a total of $500.00 which included the estimate and repair. This is 2,000 less than your guy proposed.

Again I do appreciate you reaching out and I can tell that you really do care and want to make sure that things are right. But as previously stated I don't / didn't feel that same level of service from the actual plumber. I am disappointed I spent 95.00 and in the end had to call someone else to complete the job.

PDS Plumbing and Air were prompt, courteous, prepared and very knowledgeable. Our air went out on one of the hottest days of the year they were able to fit us in and once the technician, Andrew arrived he had our air up and running like new in under an hour. These are my new go to HVAC guys and would recommend them for your HVAC needs.
Oh and no up sales.
