My senior parents had a issue with their toilet that was backing up into the shower. Loved the fact that someone answered the phone when I called on the weekend after 8:00pm. The person I spoke to was very kind, courteous and straight forward. The tech was on time and my Mother reported he was very nice and professional.

PDS is a honest company with very fair prices. Have used them for 2 different problems, and both time have been completely satisfied. To me, getting a fair deal is key, cause there are many plumbers out there. Both jobs were done on time, issue fixed. Owner was very good in taking off a charge for a repeat problem that was fixed. They wore a mask too.

We got a new washer & the drain was backing up. I contacted PDS plumbing because I seen they are Veteran owned & their ratings were good on Yelp. (my husband is a veteran) They responded very quickly & gave a quote right away & they showed up the same day 4 hours ahead of schedule (good thing my husband was home) my husband said the tech Larry F. was very nice & snaked the drain & he fixed the problem. I will definitely use this company again & recommend them to others! Pricing was very reasonable as well!

Despite my email or yelp message to let you know the address and tenant's phone number, and phone call 30 mins before 3 pm WED Sept 16th, and corrected the address and tenant phone number on record during my confirmation call, and re-confirmed via a read back, the technician called the wrong phone number (had one incorrect digit in the number called). How disappointing ! So tenant could not come back in time to the house because there was no 30-min notice that plumber is on the way.

Our water main sprung a leak, and we were forced to have the water district turn all water off until the leak could be fixed. I called Pro Plumbing & Drain at 2:30pm. They assured me that although it work require working overtime, they would be here between 4 and 6pm. They arrived at 4:30pm, had everything back up and running to perfection by 6:30pm, and I could not be more happy. Thank you to Jose and Henry! You did a fantastic job!! It was so very much appreciated that you were willing to work late. Thank you!!!!!

Excellent company. Professional and very helpful! I was attempting to change out my thermostat to a nest from a old Honeywell unit. During the process I blew a fuse but needed some more guidance from there. I called PDS on Labor Day and the service technician Frank called me back and was able to walk me through the entire process without having to do home visit. I am so grateful for his time, kindness and professionalism during a heat wave on a holiday! Again thank you so much Frank for helping!!! I would highly recommend!

Air conditioning went out on rental property.. as anyone in Fresno knows , it's nearly impossible to find a A/C Heating company to come out quickly to rectify a problem, in the middle of summer.. much less , answer their phone or return a phone call..

Not only do they answer their phone they understand the condition their customers are under with no air in 100 degree plus weather..
I spoke with Daniel... he answered the phone within 3 rings, proceeded to answer my questions and called me back within 10 minutes to schedule a time frame for same day service..

Andrew , the tech arrived on time.. wearing protective gear.. he immediately examined the unit which had a blown fan blade and motor .. he showed me clear photos of the damage and proceeded to inquire about the time frame for new parts delivery..
He was also personable and very well versed in
his knowledge of our particular Carrier unit..


If you need expedited, professional , honest servicing don't hesitate calling .. I was so impressed ... AND, they're a VET owned business .

This company understands the importance of good , continued , customer service .. answering their phones, arriving on time, fair pricing, experienced technicians, concise communication..
