I really appreciate the quick response from the company. The gentleman I spoke with was very direct with what I needed and set up a schedule that definitely work with mine. Also, their financial secretaries were very professional with their service.
The replacement water heaters are high-quality. The tankless water heater that they installed at my house is Navien. They have also installed a RUDD water heater at my aunt's house.
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a reputable company to do any type of plumbing work at their residence or company!

it required moving earth, replacement with 1/4 turn shutoff valve, and reconstruction of standpipe and refilling hole
job was high quality and worth the charge of $1400

Vincent from PDS Plumbing and Air was the second person came to give us a quote. He was the second one who suggested that we do not need to replace our system and suggested by another.

As we described our concern about of leaking carbon monoxid, Vincent not oly checked but he explained to us about parts per billions to concern, plus the smoke and carbon monoxide alarm we have would do the job.

Needless to say, we greatly appreciated the time and concerns that Vincent give us. Personally, I think if we can all act like Vincent then we will be in a better place.

Since we do not need a system now. But if we need to have any services in the future, Vincent and PDS is absolutely the one we will call.

My entire sewer system was backed up, another plumbing company in Fresno with billboards everywhere came and performed a diagnosis. They said I needed to hydro flush the system. I agreed at a $1500.00 price tag, but they said I'd have to wait until the next day because they only had 1 machine, and it was already being used. I couldn't wait so I called PDS Plumbing. They came with a hydro flush machine within 30min of calling, flushed my system, had everything cleaned up and charged me half the price!!!

Beware. Till recently I used to get all work done with PDS with peace of mind. Quotes were in line with expectations and I trusted PDS to do the right thing. Sometimes I've not even had other quotes to get a job done. My recent experience was different.

I had a winter Maintainance cleanup for the furnace. They recommended changing the capacitor, adding a new leak detector for the pan and replacing a firing pin. The labor charges for the visit alone were 900$ and separate pricing for parts. I've changed capacitors myself and added leak detectors before so I understand how much work this involves. $900 is really not what someone should be charging for labor. (This is separate from the 89$ winter tune up charge and cost of parts and the whole visit took just about 2 hours which included the cleanup. Also, the quote comes after the technicians go back to thier van for quite a bit of time in between)

To top it all, the final invoice is not itemized. It does not specify the parts cost and labor cost that was shown to me onsite for each entry. It feels as if PDS does not want this to be on emails or printed material.

These experiences diminish the value of a brand and trust that is built over time. Now, I'll be careful of what quotes I get from PDS. It takes time to build trust and little to lose it.
