JB!!!! JB!!! JB!!!! Our building was a mess last night! Our toilet and shower in the upper unit were backed up so bad that water was leaking through the ceilings of the downstairs units. JB pulled up quickly at 10PM to fix our sh*t! He worked tirelessly all night to get this building cleared up! On a 100 DEGREE WEEKEND in Long Beach with NO A/C!! Polite, friendly, and amazing service!!! Give this guy a raise!!

My dishwasher wasn't draining correctly. JB came to my house exactly at the time promised and fixed the problem very quickly. After assessing the problem, he showed me what was wrong and had the parts on his truck to fix the problem. He also made sure everything was clean when he left. Thank you JB!

Really great fast service. Especially CHEAP and reliable. Juan R was great, professional, and fast. Loved the veteran love (discount) and professionalism. Give them a call if you're in a pinch! I called at noon one day with a leak and they were at my house by 3pm!

These guys were great! We weren't getting any hot water pressure from one of our showers,, one company told us 1200$ and another told us $600,,, these guys did it for $180!! He was very quick, polite, and cleaned after. Will definitely use them again!

I contacted them through Yelp, and they were really easy to coordinate a schedule and plan for the service. They are also responsive through the Yelp messaging system, and also through phone call.

It is a bit disappointing (a feeling of being taken) when I get my initial quote for the service, and I approved it, the total price changed midway through the service (30% additional charge)

Also, they continued to advertise and recommend the hydro-jet service multiple times, during the service. I appreciate the recommendation, but telling me multiple times, just seems like a up sell than an honest tip.

The hot water in our shower got stuck on and would not shut off. SOS. It was fairly late in the evening and we placed an emergency call. Sal was quick and professional in getting the job done, when he arrived he got right to work and was in and out in no time. Thanks again!

I had Sal and Mondo come out this morning to inspect a crack in the ceiling where water had been leaking out. They promptly found the problem had come from upstairs. They worked with my upstairs neighbors to rectify the issue quickly all while wearing their masks and lining everything with plastic as to not get my kitchen dirty. These guys are quick, professional, and are going to be my go-to from now on. Thanks guys!
