I had an issue with the toilet running water because of some valve. The plumber was quick knowledgeable. He wore a mask and gives and was careful. He showed up exactly when he said he would. I appreciate that. He also texted me to let me know when he would be here.

He was amazing! Efficient and fast. He came here on time and got the job done on time as well. He was very patient with our questions about our bathroom issues (Toilet tank unable to fill and leaky bathtub faucet/spout). He reassured us throughout the process that it is normal wear and tear of parts, and the usual life span of same parts. He also cleaned up his working area.

I also like the fact that he was polite and asked if he can enter our home, not just barging in. Respect for our home was great too.

My garbage disposal wasn't working and the sink was badly clogged. The apartment management company call Pro Plumbing to take care of the problem. Sal was respectful, wore a mask the entire time and only stayed in the kitchen area. The process took about 40 minutes to an hour. It was to the point and got the job done and fixed properly. Would recommend.
