I don't know what the story is. I called the phone number. It is out of service. I went to the address listed: 28763 Avenida Marquesa, Cathedral City, CA 92234. It was a residence and no trucks were in sight.

I wanted to contact them as they had installed an upscale water heater in the condo I had bought. The prior owner was the one who had them do the installation in July 2016. She left the paperwork with the unit. The water heater failed. I contacted the home protection plan I had. They came out and saw the problem. The electronic control unit failed due to it having been installed incorrectly. [The gas line comes in through the control unit but there apparently is supposed to be some type of filter installed from the line to where it goes into the control unit. The lack of this caused it to fail.] The warranty would not cover a replacement part due to its being installed incorrectly, voiding not only the terms of the home protection plan but also the manufacturer's 6 yr warranty. So, I had to foot the bill of a new control unit [almost $400] plus the necessary installation fee.

As there was no way for me to contact PDM by phone and due to my skepticism due to the address being a residence, I cannot say anything at this point other than any person considering them, be aware of what happened to me.

I would give zero stars if I could. I waited for two days for someone to call and and come by to take a look at a leak. Finally I had to call them to see if anybody was going to show up and was told that they don't do big jobs right now. I don't know why they couldn't have told me that when I called to schedule the appointment. I don't know how they can consider it a big job when they haven't even seen it. Instead I wasted two days waiting on somebody that never had any intention of showing up. This is so inconsiderate and not a good way to conduct business. I will be sure to stay clear of this company in the future.

I have used PDM Plumbing Services for 14 years at my Palm Springs condo. Their service has been courteous, prompt, and professional every time. They talk me through what needs to be done, what services they have performed, the breakdown of costs, and they answer all of my questions clearly. They honor their warranties without hesitation. A special shout out goes to Russell, who always goes the extra mile to do a great job, and leave the area cleaner than when he started. I appreciate Russell and all of the fine folks at PDM Plumbing, and recommend the company without reservation.

We had a clogged drain and broken pipe under the kitchen sink. Called PDM and they came out the next day. Friendly, fast and professional. Changed pipes, installed a new Disposer (we provided) and snaked drains. Reasonable priced owner operated establishment. I highly recommend this company.

If you are looking for an honest and reasonably priced plumber, look no further. PDM Plumbing Services is awesome.

One of my rental properties had a blocked main sewer line. My home warranty company was unable to get someone to come out for several days. I found PDM listed on Yelp and gave them a call. I spoke with Russell and within 10 minutes he was at the property diagnosing the problem. He gave a price before he started the job and finished it as promised. No surprises.

I highly recommend this family business for your plumbing needs.

Russell is amazing and very thorough. He was referred to me by a good friend of mine in the area and he did not disappoint. I used him to help determine plumbing repair costs for buyers that I'm representing in a home sale purchase in Rancho Mirage. I'm actually based out of Los Angeles and Russell made it easy to schedule and arrange the inspection. I'm confident that anyone that uses PDM will be well satisfied and taken care of.

Wow..what great guys! They went above and beyond in connecting my house to sewer ( boo city and water..yay plumbers) Gil and Brian were total professionals and despite raging heat and unforgiving soil they did a splendid job. Totally recommend these guys for your plumbing needs.
