I have used PDM Plumbing Services for 14 years at my Palm Springs condo. Their service has been courteous, prompt, and professional every time. They talk me through what needs to be done, what services they have performed, the breakdown of costs, and they answer all of my questions clearly. They honor their warranties without hesitation. A special shout out goes to Russell, who always goes the extra mile to do a great job, and leave the area cleaner than when he started. We had a clogged drain and broken pipe under the kitchen sink. Called PDM and they came out the next day. Friendly, fast and professional. Changed pipes, installed a new Disposer (we provided) and snaked drains. Reasonable priced owner operated establishment. I highly recommend this company.

One of my rental properties had a blocked main sewer line. My home warranty company was unable to get someone to come out for several days. I found PDM listed on Yelp and gave them a call. I spoke with Russell and within 10 minutes he was at the property diagnosing the problem. He gave a price before he started the job and finished it as promised. No surprises.

Needed emergency water shutoff for a leaking/ actively on full force tub faucet in a rental home after hours. Tenant is still sitting without water tonight. Was told that the guys had ""just come back from a big job and were exhausted"". The soonest they could go to the house was tomorrow morning at 8:30. I am appalled at how many companies in that area have such a horrible work ethic. Oh well.

My toilet needed a new flange mount I called and received same day service. They were prompt , friendly and clean. This job was completed at a fair price and I would highly recommend using this service in future.

At my 1st call to the company, person answering the phones had a pleasant, comforting tone, assured me that they would have someone come to look at the job at no charge. Within an hr I had someone here and working to fix the problem. All parts were on hand and it was done in no time.

I have some future kitchen plumbing work and will definitely give them a call again.
