I contacted PDM Plumbing on a Friday and was able to get an appointment the following Wednesday. Nothing major going on with my toilet it just seemed to need a new valve. Anyway, the company contacted me the morning of my appointment and stated that they would be a tad bit late due to an earlier emergency but they were in contact with me the whole time via phone and email. I truly appreciate communication. Pete took a look at my toilet and was able to fix in less than 20 minutes. He was professional yet personable. I will definitely utilize them again if the need arises.

Called PDM to installed a whole house water filter system. They were quick to respond and Chris came out on time and installed system in a very reasonable amount of time. He was very professional and knowledgeable about product. He took the time to explain the system to me and answered all my questions. I am very pleased with the quality of work and will definitely be using this company again.

Pete was friendly, kind, and did a great job replacing the parts on our shower faucet that other plumbers couldn't handle. Pete will be our new go to for plumbing and i suppose his company PDM as long as they keep him around. I've learned over time that it's not the companies so much as the individuals that work for them, and I request the same people once I find one I like. Good job hiring Pete! He's a keeper.

This was the first time I have used PDM, but I will definitely use them in the future. Our gas dryer needed re-venting, and Chris did an excellent job. He showed up on time and was professional, personable, efficient and neat. The job was done right, it works right and it was neatly done. He cleaned up after the work was done. I am very happy with the quality workmanship from PDM.

I called them about my water softener. I asked how much the charge was to have some one come out and was told it was $79. That is very reasonable if not a little cheap. When the technician got here and did his check (15 min). He told me the charge was $138. Sure enough the $79 is a dispatch fee and the additional $59 was a diagnostic fee. When I ask some one how much it is to come out, I want the total of all possible charges not half!
Furthermore the price for the repair was ridiculous. They wanted $560 to replace an $86 part that literally takes 2 minutes to change! I can not figure how they come up with that number at all. $86 for the part $50 for return trip $150 for 1 hour labor equals $286. So I would imagine $286 would be the starting point and even if you say a two hour minimum labor charge the cost would be $436.
Needless to say I am not going to have them fix the softener. The technician was nice and seemed knowledgeable. Dispatch lady had an attitude and tells half truths. They are way over priced not worth your time if you need something like a water softener fixed. In my opinion call some one else.

PDM Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is A+. We have called them for two major issues for our home plumbing. Our service professional, Pete, is outstanding. He knows what he is doing. He can assess the problem and solve it with total efficiency. When he is finished with the job, the area is usually cleaner than when he arrived. He even likes our dog.

We have used PDM for our general maintenance for a couple of years now. They always show up within the promised time frame, but we do recommend requesting first call so you have set time. All the technicians and office staff are friendly and knowledgeable. We have always had a great experience with PDM. We will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone.
