I had an emergency water situation late on a Sunday night. I called 6 companies who said they could come Monday morning and quoted me $800 for the job before they even saw it. Called PDG plumbing and they had someone out within the hour. He found the source of the problem, fixed it (which involved removing wall panels and multiple toilets), and he even cleaned up the mess. Charged me $200 less than the other companies. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

I called PDG Plumbing based on friends recommendation and yelp reviews. I had sewage backup at my basement shower. I called PDG Plumbing at 11:45 pm middle of the night. They came out within an hour. They finished the job 3:40 am. The plumbers were very polite and professional. I would highly recommend PDD Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing.

My family has used PDG plumbing for years at our business and home. We recently had a terrible experience with them. I had PDG install a new water cut off valve in my basement. One week later the valve broke and flooded my basement. The owner of the company came to my home cut out the valve and copper pipe and told us our pipe had burst. When my wife asked for the broken pipe he became very evasive and insisted on going to his truck before giving it to her. When he returned and gave her a piece of pipe it was obvious it was not the same pipe that was in our home. We have video and pictures of the valve spraying water before he got there. The pictures of the valve and pipe are obviously different than the one he gave to my wife. We have brought a second plumber into our home who has taken a sample of the pipe from our basement and has told us that it is definitely not the same pipe that PDG plumbing gave to us, they are different sizes. My family and I have known and worked with the owner Ken Tay for over ten years and it was very difficult for me to accept that he lied to us. We will no longer be using his services and I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for help with your plumbing needs.

I have used PDG plumbing for a few years now and have always had wonderful service. When emergencies happen, Ken and his associates are very quick to respond. My latest issue was water leaking from my upstairs bathroom through the living room ceiling -- the problem was identified quickly and fixed on the spot. Non-emergency issues are also handled with high quality. Highly recommend!

What a great experience. Our faucet started leaking last night. I reached out to PDG Plumbing Services and they were able to schedule an appointment for this morning. The gentleman who came out was very polite. They also gave me a call about 20 minutes before the plumber arrived. He was knowledgeable and fixed our faucet. I will call them again if we have any plumbing related issues. Very happy.

Open on Sunday, what a great way to run the business. :)
I called, and technician was send to me within an hour on Sunday.
Technician carefully explained the pipes and their purposes along with relationship statuses. which was helpful to me as i do not know much in plumbing. identified the issue, fixed the issue, waited for sometime to ensure there was no leak. and completed a job within 40 minutes. I will definitely consider this wonderful company for future, with such competitive pricing.
I asked some recommendations in addition to the issue and technician gave me honest feedback which is appreciated. Definitely reputable company.

I had a clogged sewer drain and called PDG based on a neighbor's recommendation. I could not have been more happy with the service I received from PDG. Although it was a Sunday afternoon, they responded within an hour, had the problem resolved inside of two hours, and were courteous, clean (let's just say it was a messy job) and charged a fair price. I highly recommend them.

EMERGENCY! Water was at the threshold of our basement exit door because leaves had clogged the exterior drain. My husband was bailing as fast as he could while I phoned 5 emergency plumbers to come quickly in the pouring rain today, Sunday. PDG was the first company to call me back and promise to help. Ken Tay arrived and assessed the situation and gave us a price for us to accept or not before he started the job. A fair price for the emergency. He did his work and tidied up. We are so thankful for his kindness and his impeccable service. Mr Tay did have to travel quite a ways to us and we are so grateful. PDG goes to the top of our call list!

We had a plumbing emergency on a Friday night--water covering most of the basement, and we couldn't tell where it was coming from. We called several plumbers but only one called back, and he couldn't come until Sunday. We were desperate, since we had to turn off the water supply and could not turn it back on until the problem was diagnosed/fixed, so we contacted a friend who recommended PDG. We left a message and Ken, the owner, called back promptly and agreed to come the next morning.
Rual, who works with Ken, came in the morning and quickly diagnosed the problem--our old hot water heater was rusted through and needed replacement. He did much of the work, and then Ken came to help finish and check that it was done properly. The work was done within the promised time frame and at a reasonable price. Both Rual and Ken were friendly and professional.
We are happy that we found PDG and recommend them highly.

There are not enough superlatives to describe how we feel about PDG Plumbing! We were notified by WSSC that a pipe was leaking and that the repair was our responsibility. We got several estimates, and PDG was the lowest by far. We contracted them to do the work, and they agreed to come out the following Saturday.

WSSC turned our water off 2 days early by mistake. One call to Ken and our water was back on a few hours later!

Their work was professional and meticulous. The job turned out to be twice as difficult as was first expected, but that was not reflected in the cost. They worked diligently to get the job done in one day so as not to keep us without water any longer than was necessary.

We will not use any other company from now on!
