We have been in operation since 2012 at PD Plumbing & Restoration. Britt recognized a need for better customer service and professionalism in the plumbing industry. Since then, PD Plumbing & Restoration has grown over tenfold in revenue, largely due to referrals from satisfied customers. We aim to reshape the perception of plumbers. We ensure timely arrivals or notify you if we are running late. With the exception of sewer or drain cleanings, we provide a one-year full parts and labor warranty on all our work. All sewer replacements come with a five-year full service warranty. Our goal is to provide excellent service and a great customer experience at a fair price. Our typical customers are busy professionals in the Wichita area who value their time and want their plumbing done right the first time.

Britt Moore is not just a master plumber; he is also a father, husband, licensed falconer, beekeeper, inventor, and entrepreneur. He began plumbing at 14, working for his uncle during summer breaks. Upon graduating, he transitioned to full-time plumbing, focusing on new construction and significant commercial projects such as schools and nursing homes. Eventually, he found a position at one of Wichita's biggest plumbing companies, which fueled his desire to become an entrepreneur. At first, PD Plumbing was just a small business operating out of Britt's garage. With increasing demand, PD Plumbing brought on its first employee, Nathan. As customer referrals increased, the need for a dedicated shop became clear. The search led to PD Plumbing's first location at 639 N Walnut St, Augusta, KS 67010. This humble shop still serves as the headquarters for PD Plumbing & Restoration. We later expanded by acquiring a second location at 131 W 2nd Ave, El Dorado, KS.
