We have been in operation since 2012 at PD Plumbing & Restoration. Britt recognized a need for better customer service and professionalism in the plumbing industry. Since then, PD Plumbing & Restoration has grown over tenfold in revenue, largely due to referrals from satisfied customers. We aim to reshape the perception of plumbers. We make it a point to be on time or inform you if we are behind schedule. With the exception of sewer or drain cleanings, we provide a one-year full parts and labor warranty on all our work. Every sewer replacement is covered by a five-year full service warranty. We strive to ensure quality service and a satisfying customer experience, all while keeping our prices competitive. Our clients are often busy professionals in the Wichita area who value their time and desire their plumbing to be installed or repaired correctly the first time.

Britt Moore wears many hats: father, husband, master plumber, licensed falconer, beekeeper, inventor, and business owner. Britt started his plumbing journey at 14, assisting his uncle during summer vacations. After finishing school, he took on full-time plumbing, engaging in new builds and large commercial projects, including schools and nursing homes. Eventually, he worked for one of Wichita's largest plumbing companies, where his entrepreneurial spirit was ignited. Initially, PD Plumbing started as a small operation in Britt's garage. As business grew, PD Plumbing welcomed its first employee, Nathan. As customer referrals increased, the need for a dedicated shop became clear. The search began, and PD Plumbing found its first location at 639 N Walnut St, Augusta, KS 67010. This little shop remains the base for PD Plumbing & Restoration. The second location was acquired at 131 W 2nd Ave, El Dorado, KS.
