PD Plumbing & Restoration has been serving the community since 2012. Britt identified a gap in customer service and professionalism within the plumbing sector. Since then, we have increased our revenue more than ten times, primarily through referrals from happy clients. We strive to alter the public's perception of plumbers. We always arrive on time or call ahead if we are delayed. Except for sewer or drain cleanings, all our work comes with a one-year full parts and labor warranty. Every sewer replacement is covered by a five-year full service warranty. Our goal is to provide excellent service and a great customer experience at a fair price. Britt Moore wears many hats: father, husband, master plumber, licensed falconer, beekeeper, inventor, and business owner. He began plumbing at 14, working for his uncle during summer breaks. After finishing school, he took on full-time plumbing, engaging in new builds and large commercial projects, including schools and nursing homes. Eventually, he found a position at one of Wichita's biggest plumbing companies, which fueled his desire to become an entrepreneur. Initially, PD Plumbing started as a small operation in Britt's garage. As business grew, PD Plumbing welcomed its first employee, Nathan. As customer referrals increased, the need for a dedicated shop became clear. The search led to PD Plumbing's first location at 639 N Walnut St, Augusta, KS 67010. This little shop remains the base for PD Plumbing & Restoration. The second shop was purchased at 131 W 2nd Ave, El Dorado, KS.
