Plamen was fantastic. We had a plumbing repair that needed fixed and was filed under an AHS warranty claim. We had already waited a week for the assigned vendor to come out and we called AHS back and requested a different vendor. I called PD Plumbing before hanging up with AHS and he said he could come out the next morning. Plamen was honest, which not a lot of companies prioritize anymore, and he talked to us about the issue so he could make sure he had the correct parts before coming out. The visit was short, sweet, and to the point. The work was done correctly and very fast. I will definitely be recommending him to everyone.
