Ron has been our plumber for years because he is so KNOWLEDGABLE and HONEST! Last night we had a gas leak at our condo and our tenant's gas was turned off. We called Ron and he called me back right away. He was already busy today and tomorrow on a big job, so he offered to repair it on Saturday which was going to be fine. Then, he asked to swing by there this afternoon after a very long day to check to see what kind of valve he might need...but he ended up diagnosing where the leak was, had the kit on his truck and he fixed it and tested it...all done! It's nice to have people like Ron in this world...the best!

My search for a great plumber is finally over. I called PD Plumbing last October when our water heater sprung a leak. They were able to come the next day and replace it. We have a 75 gallon water heater located in a tight corner in our garage. Some of our garage cabinets needed to be removed to safely replace the water heater. Even with the cabinet removed, it was a tight corner and a difficult job. Not only did Ron and his guys remove the cabinet, they also replaced it as if it had never happened. They were able to replace the massive water heater and get us back in hot showers by that afternoon. I even got a text later that day making sure everything was working correctly. PD Plumbing went over and above the call of duty to fix our issue and did it all with great communication in a very timely manner. A plumbing company that is honest, does great work, and has great customer service is huge. I'm thankful to have found that with PD Plumbing!

Our main line had a blockage resulting in all of our plumbing being backed up on a Friday night. We know Ron and his family and so gave him a call. Ron came by on Saturday and gave us an easy no-BS diagnosis; a section of our main line would need to be replaced. Ron used higher-grade piping than had been used originally because ""using proper materials is just the right thing to do"", and still completed the repairs in a more timely and cost efficient manner than others who we had spoken to. Just like that - we've got a new plumber!
