We recently had a tankless water heater and a water softener with filter installed. PCS came out in a couple of days to take a look and provided us with an estimate in less than 24 hours. I asked a lot of questions via email and all were answered quickly and professionally.

We had PCS come out a couple weeks later for the install. It took them about 1 1/2 days to complete both jobs, as they are very time consuming tasks. Again, they were professional, down to earth and very nice to work with. Both units are working well. I'd recommend this company for sure!

They installed a split system air conditioning system with the picture frame fan unit inside the house. They were fantastic!!!! Showed up early. Very responsible and respectful of the house. I highly recommend them. The two men were professional and efficient.would have them do work her again

I called PCS for an estimate and they got someone out as soon as possible to look at my bathroom faucet in the tub. The plumber (Eric) was very professional and timely. He was able to diagnose the issue fairly quickly and gave me a reasonable quote. I confirmed that I wanted to proceed and the parts were ordered right away, and I was able to schedule the work within 2 days. Again, Eric returned in a timely fashion, communicated with me prior to arriving and fixed the issue rather quickly. He also attempted to assist with another issue and provide perfect troubleshooting. I highly recommend PCS plumbing for plumbing issues. They are reasonably priced, timely, and friendly.

Arrived home to find my lawn rolled over with heavy equipment and completely trashed and dug out, with nobody there to claim responsibility. Thankfully a neighbor that was also effected was able to let me know PCD Plumbing was responsible. Upon contacting, a random guy called back and played dumb, stating ""the guy that would know is on vacation."" A later call revealed that these clowns dug up my property trying to find the main associated with a neighbors property across the street. No knock on the door, no request for permission to dig, no explanation or courtesy whatsoever. Upon further pressing for information, the guy capped an attitude and said "" well technically you don't own the sewer main."" SO you can just destroy my property that I just had landscaped a few years ago and have no recourse? I think not. Lawsuit pending. Don't go anywhere near these clowns.

Outstanding service and exceeded expectations. Prompt, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. We had them fix and replace multiple plumbing fixtures as well as install and re-plumb the sump pump in our new house. We were very impressed at the quality of work, attention to detail, and overall expertise. We are subsequently having a new water heater installed and are thrilled to have them handling the job. These guys were OUTSTANDING! I'm new to the area and arrived to my house with no heat.
Entire system had failed and temps were dropping. They were out in a matter of hours and began work replacing the system very early the next AM. They were still here 12 hours later in a snowstorm to make sure the system was running smoothly and the house and my family were safe THEN they were back at 7:45 AM on SATURDAY to finish up details. Thanks to all the guys at PCS who got us through this. What a pleasure.
