Bob Pines is my go-to guy for Plumbing. In 2016 I had a water leak and he assisted me through a lot of the issues with that. He installed three new toilets, replaced gasket where the toilet goes into the floor, installed a new shower head in another bathroom, has repaired bathroom sink fixtures, plus more. He is honest, reasonably priced, communicative, and does a great job. I highly recommend him.

We had Bob and Cody do a re-pipe of our house in HB and we could not be happier with their work, their attention to detail and their great professional attitude. This was clearly one of the best experiences we've had working with a true professional master plumber. They showed up on time, worked hard all day including some unexpected challenges that happen with any older house, and finished when they said they would. Right on time and right on budget. The job was clean and flawless. We will use PCH again and I can highly recommend their work to others.

Bob was referred to us by another contractor while our house was being renovated. We were interested in replacing our copper with PEX repiping while our walls were still accessible. He arrived as promised, quoted us a price which I determined was reasonable for the work to be done, and completed the repiping in about 3 days. Nice to have the peace of mind to not be concerned about slab leaks! Bob and his son, Cody, are the best. They are my plumbers for life.

Being a single woman it's difficult to find good people who are not out to rip you off! PCH Plumbing is absolutely fabulous! I don't know what we would have done if we had not called Bob with PCH Plumbing! He is one of the hardest workers I have ever met! I, horribly, flushed my wedding rings down the toilet and Bob came as soon as he could and did EVERYTHING he could think of to save them. This could have been a horrible situation, but Bob was hopeful and determined to find it. He could have walked away at any time because it seemed like they were gone, but he kept coming up with ideas and encouraged me to get the city involved. He went above and beyond! He also stayed long hours. He is very PROFESSIONAL and KNOWLEDGABLE! With his help and the city, we were able to retrieve the rings from the cities main sewer lines!! It was a miracle. Bob was so dedicated and cared about my situation! He showed compassion, HARD WORK, and was sincere. He will be our go to for all of our plumbing needs! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We used PCH Plumbing for several plumbing projects, adding for a new garage sink and water line, as well as replace and update the plumbing on washing machine. We also used them for a bath remodel and a replacement faucet cartridge. He arrived when he said they would, finished work in short time and called if he was running late.
