I don't know what we would have done if we had not called Bob with PCH Plumbing! He is one of the hardest workers I have ever met! I, horribly, flushed my wedding rings down the toilet and Bob came as soon as he could and did EVERYTHING he could think of to save them. This could have been a horrible situation, but Bob was hopeful and determined to find it. He could have walked away at any time because it seemed like they were gone, but he kept coming up with ideas and encouraged me to get the city involved. He went above and beyond! He also stayed long hours. He is very PROFESSIONAL and KNOWLEDGABLE! With his help and the city, we were able to retrieve the rings from the cities main sewer lines!! It was a miracle. Bob was so dedicated and cared about my situation! He showed compassion, HARD WORK, and was sincere. He will be our go to for all of our plumbing needs! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thank you Bob from the bottom of my heart! I cannot stop smiling and looking at my ring!

We used PCH Plumbing for several plumbing projects, adding for a new garage sink and water line, as well as replace and update the plumbing on washing machine. We also used them for a bath remodel and a replacement faucet cartridge. He arrived when he said they would, finished work in short time and called if he was running late. Overall, we have used his company for all our plumbing concerns since last April 2015 to Nov. 2015 and would recommend them to friends

Called PCH and Bob was at my home within 15 minutes. He was able to fix all the areas I messed up in my failed attempt at being a plumber. He was able to fix it very quickly and for a very reasonable price. He even recommended a handy man to fix my failed attempt at being a carpenter. Will call again for any of my plumbing needs.

PCH plumbing is a gem and Bob Pines is an honest, reliable, reasonable and compassionate plumber.
In the past, being a single woman, I have had terrible experiences in the past with shady plumbers who ripped me off and overcharged me and did bad work. I was afraid to call a plumber when my kitchen sink faucet broke because I feared an unscrupulous plumber would bamboozle me again.
But Bob Pines was recommended by a friend and I was saved! I'm grateful beyond measure I can trust a good plumber. Thank you Bob!

I had a pipe in the shower go bad at 9 pm, and had to endure the water all night, I woke up found Bob at PCH Plumbing through the web and on yelp, called early in the morning left a message, which was returned within a shor amount of time and Bob fit me in to his full schedule early in the day. The problem was fixed in 15 minutes and the cost was awesome, he did not charge an arm and leg and I will use him in the future for other plumbing needs that are not panic attacks for me.

I live out of the area and have tenants. This was not an issue for PCH Plumbing. (You would not believe how many times it has been elsewhere.) I was able to schedule next day service twice, and repairs were completed below estimated costs. They were willing to either bill me or accept a credit card over the phone. I now have happy tenants and will only work with this plumber in the future. Just a note that you will need to call as their website doesn't seem to be forwarding emails. (I will update if I find this changes in the future.)

Amazing! Hard-working and incredibly honest. They do the job so that it is done well and are very reasonably priced. They care about their reputation and want to make sure a job is complete and that the customers are satisfied. We have had many plumbing problems at our house and have called various plumbers and none were this great. I will never look for another!!!! I have now used Bob and PCH plumbing multiple times for various properties and have referred Bob's plumbing skills to my friends and they are all so happy with his work ethic and fairness!

Came out, gave me an estimate, started work immediately, went well beyond (a previous plumber had sawed short a pipe behind the shower PCH was replacing, and had jury rigged it with duct tape and a plastic tube) - PCH found it after he started working. Bob set it all right, fixed a sink and cleared 2 drains, and all for a VERY reasonable price. Did a great job. Highly recommend!
