I live in an apartment that PBCI Allen is retained to service their heat pump units. I just moved into my unit and noticed that my condenser unit has moss growing in its coil fins and the condenser next to it is about 15 degrees out of level and has slid into the building. Dirty coils can increase operating costs up to 50%, increase service calls, and shorten equipment life significantly. It is obvious these units haven't been serviced for over 2 yrs. My apt complex maintenance staff contacted PCBI Allen over 2 weeks ago and nothing has been done. Find another installer and service provider.

From my first contact with Todd to my last this company was nothing short of professional and courteous. Todd sent me my quote within the time frame he stated unlike a couple of other companies I requested quotes from. They scheduled the replacement of my HVAC system, Heat Pump, Hot Water Heater and Thermostat for a time that worked with my schedule. They called me the day before and confirmed the appointment and let me know what time they would be here. They showed up on time and were very professional and courteous. The day was hot, upper 80s and Humid with occasional downpours. I never heard one of them complain and they never tracked anything inside my home. When they were finished they cleaned everything up and even explained my new Thermostat and answered all my other questions. Todd came the next day and inspected their work and let me know they did a really good job. All I can say is that I thoroughly enjoyed working with this company and would recommend them to any one that asks.

Ran out of oil going into this cold weather. Once oil was delivered my furnace wouldn't start. PBCI came out quickly even after hours. The service man was polite and professional. He was able to get my heat back on quickly. I do recommend!

I called to have my toilet upstairs fixed. The guy is hugely incompetent. Not only he cannot remove the toilet, he also broke the water valve and made the water damage on the first floor even worse. Stay away.

Had a minor after-hours emergency and they arrived super fast. The plumber who showed up was extremely friendly and got the job done in minutes with no mess at all. Highly recommended.
