We had them come out to replace our sewer line in the yard. They were very professional and replaced the line very quickly. Everyone was very professional and friendly. We haven't had any problems with the line.

My mom had a small leak under her bathroom sink, Seth Payton removed the faucet and told her it needed to be replaced, throwing the faucet away, leaving her to use the kitchen sink. The next day he told her it would be $1000 to replace , ""That's the way things are these days"" ( the faucet is $122 at Lowes). The next day when she told him she would find someone else, he tried to charge her a $125 re-stocking fee + $99 to rip out her faucet and leave her without a usable bathroom sink. Wow, not a good way to treat seniors in your community.

Rude. Rude. Rude. Called to do work at a rental property I own. Payton Plumbing called me back when they got to the house very angry because the renters didn't answer the door, wouldn't even give me a chance to call them before saying he wasn't going to play these kinds of games with me. What games? Nobody was playing any games. We've used Payton Plumbing before without problems at the same house, but never again.
