I recently had a break with a water pipe in the middle of the night. Payne's plumbing called back promptly. They came out on a Sunday and identified the problem and quickly and professionally made the repair.

I was in a serious lurch on the first day of this year. All my drains stopped up and backed up into my tubs and shower. My brother-in-law ran into this company at a big box close by. They gave me a quote on the phone. Came over and cleared the drains and showed me the cause of the issue. They even waited after the drains were cleared just to make sure the drains were clear. He provided me with a written quote for the big fix prior to leaving. They have a camera so I could SEE the problem. He also told me a couple of ways this could be repaired, so I know what my options are. These guys were professional and super nice. They knocked if the door closed which wasn't necessary but appreciated anyway. I don't give five star ratings easily, but this company has earned it.

i cannot rave enough about this company!!!!! They are THE REAL DEAL!!!! No games, no BS. He gets to the root of the problem and fixes it once so it wont be an issue again! He was very polite, kind, clear in his time frame of arrival, honest about the repair needed, VERY VERY fair in price and he even cleaned up after himself when he was done. I have not come across a better plumber in the Collin County area since we moved here in 2010. You will not be disappointed by choosing this company!!!!!!
