I was directed to Payne Services by the customer service folks at A.O. Smith (Milwaukee, WI). Our 4.5 year old tankless water heater had a slight water leak and Payne was one of 3 authorized representatives that I could call to check out my system under warranty terms. Payne quoted me a minimal service charge of $650.00, just to come to my home to examine the issue. Needless to say, I did NOT use them; NOR will I ever use them in the future. I DO NOT recommend them.

Made an appt for toilets and shower fix two weeks in advance because I must schedule off of work which I told them. They never said I would have to confirm the appt ahead of time, never texted me to tell me to confirm the appt, they called me one time that am to tell me about my appt but never said they were going to send the plumbers elsewhere instead and when I called back then they told me they sent the plumbers to a different place because I didn't confirm.

I called them about 11 am. They came out and fixed my sink issue in no time. They were very nice and affordable.
