Quoted me price of 185. Came to my house, open up cover and gave me a song and dance about how bad the sewage was and that he was gonna be here for a long time and he wasn't gonna touch the job for less than $350. less than 5 min. later priced changed to $375. agreed on $200 down and rest to be paid later(needed it done because we couldn't flush toilets). Long time my ass, he was done in 20min. I don't have the xtra $175 because of my wifes medical bills and he keeps comning by the house and calling non stop. Getting ready to file harassment charges against this guy. gonna pay the guy, I always pay my bills but feel like I was seriously cheated.

Pretty sure he didn't completely drain the septic tank as we are still having issues. Calling another company to come check if he didn't completely drain it I will be filing a small claims case

Our septic system began backing up on the Sunday morning of Thanksgiving weekend. I called several 24/7 septic companies and only got a voicemail; until I reached Payless in my search. John was here in an hour. During the call, John's service included showing us our system and answering questions. He explained that it was not full but clogged. With his well-equipped truck, this unexpected situation was quickly rectified. We did not need a pump out! The fee was reasonable and to be honest much lower than expected especially with the holiday. Not one of the other companies have called and it's been hours since John got us up and running again. Maybe they'll call tomorrow? Do yourself a favor and call Payless first! We will from now on. (Cross-posted)

This company is very bad . You have to do their job for them . I have to find myself the septic tank cuz they couldn't find it and dig for them . I will not recommended to anyone .
