We needed a hot water heater replaced. They showed up quickly and did the replacement efficiently. Promised to send us a receipt and information about the unit they installed. Have sent them numerous requests and can't get any information regarding the unit installed. Nothing. We just want a copy of this in case we ever need warranty information. So for service I give them a 5 star ... but for the warranty I give them a 1 star.

Sunday evening and a sewerage crisis! Gordon arrived when promised and used his decades of experience to save my ass. The camera tool is amazing but not as amazing as Gordon's ability to explain my problem and fix it.
Oh, and at the fair price that was quoted.
I regret that I can't give more than 5 stars.

After getting a quote from another company that was well into the thousands, saying they could not rooter our line, Gordon from Payless fixed it for a mere fraction of that in a couple hours.

This was one of the only places that could not only come out on a weekend without crazy after-hours fees but also knew old plumbing. Gordon came out on a Sunday, no less, and was able to diagnose the toilet issue very quickly. Unfortunately, no plumbing supply stores are open on a Sunday, but he came back on Monday and fixed the issue very quickly. I'd definitely use Payless (specifically Gordon) again. He knows his stuff!

Absolutely wonderful.From Kathy who answered the phone to Gordon the technician who came to fix our issue! Gordon was polite, clean, friendly and speedy 1. 5 hours . Reasonable price for the work done. He went above and beyond making sure he did everything and checked everything before he left to make sure it was all good before he left! Also did I mention this was a Sunday morning. Thank you so much! I would definitely recommend them and will use them again should the need arise.

The service guy was polite, but also sexist. Kept telling me to tell my husband he could take care of this... I corrected him several times that I have a wife. They also charged $195 to clean a drain that took him less than 10 minutes to clean, and the website said $95. Do not use them. They also said it would be another $195 to remove a toilet to get to a cleanout that you could get to from the wall Without needing to move the toilet. Pay more should really be the name.

Called the company to come for preventative maintenance on my main line. Was able to setup and appointment a few days out. They even called and told me they had an earlier appointment opening (didn't work with my schedule) but the technician arrived on time and completed the work. Honest and transparent pricing. Would recommend

Had a great experience with this team. I called on a Saturday morning for a clogged sewer line. Within a few hours, the problem was solved.

The customer service point person was friendly and helpful. Allen, our tech, was a communicative & methodical problem solver. I recommend Allen and this team to others, and will use them again.

Payless Rooter did a job for us and fixed out hose connect outside...I had trouble with the technician that came. Even though it was not a great experience at first, Amy, the Director of Sales, called me back and apologized and made it right for me. The work was done well and their customer service was really wonderful and thoughtful. Even though it was a rocky start to my experience I will be calling them if we have any plumbing issues again.

Allen saved the day! My husband woke up early this morning to a backed up sink. He attempted to snake it with his handheld tool and without success, I jumped on yelp to find a plumber. Payless rooter was the first to respond. I had a couple others respond however Payless was the only one that could make it same day. The people on the phone were very polite and helpful and understood my sense of urgency. It took Allen about 3 hours to get to my house which is amazing and he was very clean, polite and quick.
