First contact with Payless was about 2 years ago my neighbor was having their house repiped by Chris.I was going on vacation and wanted to turn water off to house but keep landscape system working. I had Chris put in a bypass which took him about 15 minutes.
Fast forward to last week I had a leak in my attic above the bathroom, Bryan fixed that leak and within a few days another leak in attic above kitchen! Well time to have whole house repiped! I didn't get any other estimates as Payless had already proved to me they were very prompt, always got a text or email indicating they were on their way!
They did an amazing job, started on a Monday, finishing Wednesday afternoon, I had Kern drywall lined up to patch/paint , whole repiping done in 5 days!
Just a great team effort by Bryan and Josh at the house doing the repipe and Kim in the office who did an outstanding job coordinating the whole effort.
Payless is a very well run local company that I highly recommend for any of your plumbing needs !

I called Payless Plumbing on a weekend for an urgent problem at my rental house (no hot water!). They promptly responded, the technician diagnosed the problem, explained it to me, and checked to see that the water heater was under warranty (which it was), saving me money because I didn't have to pay for parts. I was very happy with the service and the responsiveness, and the price was reasonable. Josh was my technician, and I would recommend this company and use them again.

Guy came out and check the attic for leak when the ceiling is destroyed from moist and said there is no leaks from pipes.its says its from the roof,I went
to check it myself there is copper pipe right at the top of leak point dripping
hot water now I have to deal with back mold as well.
Avoid this company ,unless you know where is a problem and hoping they know plumbing at least.

Josh Coleman came to unclog my toilets and main drain!! He did as always an excellent job! He is so polite & knowledgeable. Myself & my Sister were recommended to Payless Plumbing & we recommend them to all who need a plumber!! They are fast, friendly & know what they're doing!!!

I am updating my review. This company did the right thing without me asking them to do it. They sent another technician who replaced the broken pipe and the best part, he filled in the hole, yah!! I understand everyone has a bad day, we all have them, so all is forgiven. I feel a lot better about this company now.

This business is locally owned. The owner goes above and beyond to assist the public and his in house clients. He over works himself to make sure every customers needs are met. The owner and his technicians explain all plumbing tasks to the customers in detail in Laymans term, which in result, the customer will return with any other plumbing issues.

Kim was the office worker who helped me setup my appointment and was very nice to me. Chris was my technician from Payless plumbing. He was so polite and explained everything so clearly to me. I had a water leak under my patio, which meant concrete had to be removed before the repair could take place. He was very careful to remove as little as possible so that there was minimal damage. He was fast and efficient about the repair. He even cleaned up after himself, which was so thoughtful. I was given what I considered a fair estimate and the work was done promptly. I highly recommend Payless Plumbing!

I almost never write reviews. I probably only write a review if I had a bad or horrible experience. Well after reading some of the reviews on here and after just having them come out the other day, I decided to post. Ive used Payless for years and have always had good service and really good people come out, sometimes at a moments notice like the other day. Chris and Bryant were the last two to come out and I highly recommend them. They will continue to be my first call and I will continue to refer them to friends and family.
