Do not use this company. I called to schedule for services and was racially profiled by the woman who answered the phone after I gave her my name. She kept asking me for a credit card payment and would not give me the option for cash or check. She told me someone needs to be there during the time of services, um obviously. Then said she needs to have a credit card on file for the services, as if it was not going to be paid in person. When I asked her do they take cash or check upon services she said ""cash, check, or credit card"" but kept inquiring she needs the card on file. I told her I didn't appreciate the way the call was going and she hung up in my face. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I called another company and was not being forced to give them credit card information. I had a much better experience.

I had asked Payless to come and do some service at my home on a gas line, yes the employee by name Cris performed the inspection on August 23 at 1 pm and promised to give me a quote up untill today I have not heard from him but I did hear from his office requesting the credit card number for the $70.00 dollars he charged the same day August 23 I called the office back to ask and see if the man had made the estimate on the repair she said that she would call Cris, never heard from either one of them. It's very disappointing how so called ""licensed professionals"" can be so unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone.

They came to fix our clogged kitchen sink the same day that we called it in, but unfortunately there were additional complications that turned it into a nightmare. Josh and Bryant handled it in a professional and competent manner. My husband was impressed by ther common sense approach and the fact that they could have easily over charged us but didn't. They charged us their standard fee. We highly recommend them.

I appreciate the service I received from Payless Plumbing. From my first phone call to Payless to the completion of the work, I was very satisfied and made to feel comfortable. Chris, our service technician answered my phone call on a holiday weekend. I had a burst line going to our water heater. He told me there would be checkout fee that would be applied to work done if we used their services. Chris told me he would be out within one hour. (He made it in 45 minutes). Chris was very articulate and caring for our situation, knowing we had to turn our water off and told us he would at least get us running water for the weekend. After diagnosing the problem, (and getting our water turned on), he gave us an estimate and told us their dispatcher would be calling us the next day (MEMORIAL DAY) to tell us what time they would be there. Sure enough, I received that call and was told Chris and another technician would be at our house at 8:00 a.m. the following day. Like clockwork Chris and the technician were there. (on time).. The work was done and I was shown the problem items that were replaced. The bill was the exact price I was quoted. If you are needing a quality and honest plumbing service, I feel Payless Plumbing is definitely the way to go..

I own a property management company and Payless Plumbing is our go to vendor whenever our clients have any plumbing issues. On countless occasions have we had emergencies that required a plumber and Payless has always come through at all hours of the night. In addition, their pricing is very competitive and their work is excellent!

Amazing plumbing, extremely knowledgeable with great customer services get there quick and do a excellent job by fixing my laundry room vent and kitchen sink leak and pull out faucet. Also very nice plumbers. Owner Mike Bosse very nice guy 10/10 would recommend!

Like the saying goes, ""You get what you pay for."" We always hope we can get high quality work at low prices, but that's rarely the case. Since I have a home warranty, all I have to pay is the flat service call fee, but Payless isn't even worth that! In fact, they almost cost me a whole lot more. They misdiagnosed the water backup from the toilet, saying the sewer line was broken. Not only would that have caused me to pay to have the foundation cut open and the flooring be replaced, but it also would've caused the water damage to not be covered under homeowner's insurance. Good thing I asked for a second opinion before tearing up the floor of the house. Honest Plumber was dispatched and they found the water backup to be caused by a stuck flapper in the toilet tank. Simple fix that saved me thousands of dollars. Don't try to pay less with Payless, you'll end up paying much more.

HIGHLY recommend Payless Plumbing. After a bathroom back up lead to a verdict that the sewage line was deteriorating in this 60+ year old house, my mom was referred to Payless. They were very professional, scheduled this urgent job the next day, and a very reasonable price quote. The work done was thorough, the workers courteous and minimal down time with water shut off. The entire sewage repipe was completed in 2.5 days. The lawn nicely replaced. And, the job came in $200 BELOW the high end of the quote.

I have read some of the negative reviews. Too bad people had a bad experience. We had a pretty major repair job, and definitely recommend them.
