I called them regarding the drain in my shower. The employee tried to use a snake on it but could not get it to go through. He then attempted to use his camera unit to see what the bloke was but it did not work. Instead of calling his boss out to use the camera he simply stated he couldn't help me and proceeded to charge me the full price for the visit.
