Payless quoted a great price to re-do our plumbing, then did the job quickly and well. However, they failed to give us a receipt, even after us calling the boss several times to try and get it. We needed the receipt for our case with our insurance company. Yet, well over a month later, we still don't have it to prove we fixed our plumbing.

Bottom line: These guys work quick and do a good job but you might want to go elsewhere if you actually need a receipt for your records. Their workers don't carry receipt books with them, while everyone else we've worked with does. Something to consider. Or you could state upfront that you won't pay without a receipt. I wish we had, to avoid the delay with our case. I know I'll certainly remember this inconvenience going forward...
