Excellent service. I've used Payless for leak repairs on a sink, toilet repairs and a shower faucet replacement. Been happy with the service every time. They schedule you quickly, arrive on time, and do a great job. Their prices seem very fair. I can absolutely recommend them.

Tom is excellent. Superb customer service! Even a follow up call. It is hard to find this quality of service in Denver. I highly recomend him for his diagnostics and for his honesty.

Tom is Santa Claus! I mean that in the best way. We are doing a remodel so we already had him scheduled to come out on a certain day for moving a vent and installing a new toekick heater....1st day of demo (approx a week before Tom is scheduled), unrelated (but hugely unplanned) the water heater breaks. Tom quickly came out and gave us options including looking for a scratch and dent model to save us much needed cash. In the end, we even opted to put in a desperately needed recirculating pump which gives us near instant hot water. Hated to spend the money, but it is some of the best money we've ever spent! Tom and his assistant were clean, knowledgeable, and quick. As I told him, he is now our plumber for life!

Our kitchen sink was backed up from years of grease and the usual solutions weren't working (e.g. Drain-O or a small auger). Payless was able to promptly come and resolve the issue, while explaining how we could avoid it moving forward.
I feel that we got a fair price for the job (cheaper than at least one competitor that we contacted to make sure we were getting a deal). Would definitely recommend them for their fast service and fair prices.

Recently I had a leak in my basement and had a friend try and help me out with a quick fix. After my friend was done the leak was still there and I was going into panic mode. I called a few companies to help me diagnosis the problem and Tom T from Payless plumbing was out in record time after my call. Tom took the time to discuss the problem with me as well as the good the bad and the ugly. It is never fun watching water build up inside your home and from the beginning I felt like Tom truly wanted to help my family and I with out situation I felt very comfortable moving forward with Tom and Payless to get the job done. We scheduled the job for a Saturday and to my surprise the same rates were offered on weekends. After a lot of hard work Tom had fixed the problem and did it with a friendly and positive attitude. I would recommend Payless Plumbing for any sized job and with confidence can say they will do a great job at a fair price. Thank you Tom!!!

Payless has done work for us twice. Tom was on time, knowledgeable, pleasant and clean. I highly recommend.

Based on the recommendation from a friend, I called Payless to fix a leaking sprinkler system pipe on my new house. Tom from Payless arrived within the estimated time window and was able to identify the problem. After quickly returning with the correct part, the leak was fixed.
Tom was very courteous and professional. He made sure to note how I could maintain the pipes come winter and he even spent some time talking to me about how best to prevent roots from entering the sewer line.
I would definitely use Payless again and recommend them to my friends.

We had our countertops replaced with granite and decided on putting in a new sink and faucet as well. We called Payless and they arrived promptly the next morning. I was amazed at how clean and well prepared Tom was. We discussed options for the plumbing connections of the extra large sink we bought. He was done in no time at all, and everything works perfectly.
Previously, we had used Payless for a garbage disposal replacement which also was great. We bought the model we wanted at Home Depot and Payless installed without a hitch. It's nice to have trustworthy and skilled plumbing service in the area. Call them!

I was very happy with the service I received from Payless Plumbing. The plumber was very straight forward and I didn't feel like I was be taken advantage of. They had someone out there the same day and resolved the issue very quickly. I would definitely use them again.

A quick and inaccurate diagnosis by Payless plumbing resulted in quite a bit of water damage in my finished basement. After calling them regarding a slightly leaky kitchen faucet, we were told it was a loose seal/connection which the plumber (owner) tightened. We thought this was good news until we returned from three day weekend trip, and discovered water under the sink, on the wood floor of the kitchen and in the finished basement.
When we called them to come out again because this first repair obviously had not worked, the same plumber said the leaky faucet did not simply have a loose connection but needed replacement. So now in addition to paying a high flat-rate repair charge, we had to clean up the damaged items in the bedroom below and do other water damage mitigation. We were not offered a discount or an apology for the damage caused by the misdiagnosed repair. This is not what I expect of a licensed professional.
