first time calling them came out in 45 min stoped a huge water main break. Mike and the guys at payless really saved my apartment super grateful for them and there work thanks alot.

Unfortunately the second time around with this company was a complete disappointment. I called them on a Monday for a kitchen sink issue, and I was told they would come out on either Wed. or Thurs. I said fine. Right as I was about to call them Thursday evening to see what happened as they did not show, my husband gets a call from them at 5:30pm. We were not able to accommodate them at 6 o'clock in the evening after we were waiting for them for two whole days but agreed that he could come the next morning at 8:30 in the morning. At 8:30 in the morning I call and Stefan pretty much tells me that it shows that the gentleman was here, I explain the whole situation and express how this is now day 3 of waiting and we were pretty much told - too bad we can make it says here he was there. Then we tried to call the owner at some bogus number Stefan gave us and apparently got the man who said he'd be here at 8:30am to tell us that Stefan was on his way. WHAT?! Uh no. We were pretty much told we were you know what out of luck. We've called someone else and won't be using them again. Total shame as we have a lot of neighbors needing service. I left two stars because the water heater experience for me and my neighbor went well.
