I wish there was a no star rating. The service I requested didn't appear to be a priority as it took days before Clint contacted me and when he finally did, he wanted to schedule the installation late late evenings stating he had big jobs to complete. I explained late evenings did not work for me and consequently, i never heard back from him. Very unprofessional first impression as maybe my job was to small and would not generate enough income. If you have a small plumbing need, keep looking until you find a Plumber who's serious about assisting customers with plumbing needs big/small.

Called in to schedule an appointment regarding my sink/garbage disposal, and the guy who answered actually talked me through how to fix it over the phone so I could save the visit. His advice worked and everything is back to normal. Thanks PPS!

Clint is the BEST!! He not only fixed my toilet which had a longer chain than it needed to have causing water to continue to overflow whenever you flush the toilet but he even tweaked my shower pressure for me free of charge when he noticed it was lower than normal. Having to wait for my landlord's staff is always a pain and results in missing work since they come on their schedule, not mine. Clint fixed all these items in what seemed like a minute.

I highly highly recommend Clint!! Thank you times a million.

I have hired Clint, the owner, several times to work on one of my rental properties and also my home. He has done an excellent job every time including a leak in the copper plumbing in a wall, installing a new hot water heater, hooking up the ice-maker on my new frig, etc. His brother did the last job and was also great. And on top of being a good plumber, Clint sticks with his quotes and his prices are very reasonable. It has been a pleasure to work with him and I will continue to use him as my plumber.

We were limping along with our sad, leaky, barely functioning kitchen faucet. The appointment with the plumber to replace the fixture had been scheduled a week ago. He called the night before to reschedule and asked us to wait another week. We thought we could wait, but late in the day, the handle broke off and we were in a panic. I called Clint and it was already the end of his day. He asked if it could wait until tomorrow but heard the desperation in my voice and offered to extend his day. He made it by early evening and installed a beautiful new Hansgrohe faucet. Clint was highly professional and very efficient. And as an added bonus, the price for the repair was incredibly reasonable. I highly recommend them and I will definitely call Clint again for all my future plumbing needs.

Fast and friendly service ! He can do everything! He helped me multiple times as I clogged the kitchen sink/garbage disposal. And helped me fix my dryer too! Very affordable and he's not the type to ridiculously over charge. I highly recommend him for all your household problems! :)

Our bathroom tub wasn't draining, so we tried to snake it out ourselves, but managed to get the snake stuck in the pipes. I had my regular plumber and a handyman come out to look at it first; both of them told me that repair would have to be done from under the house, but that the crawl space was too small for them to work in. They told me I would have to rip out the floor or ""find a smaller plumber"". They could do nothing to help me.

I called Clint in desperation, and he came out the same day. Even though he is about the same size as the other two men, Clint said he would have no problem doing the work. He has this kind of energetic can-do attitude that turned that whole project around. His friendly confidence was just what I needed to ease my heightened anxiety.

Clint scheduled the work for the following morning, and was able to complete all the repairs that day, despite the very cramped conditions he had to work in. While under the house, he found some rotting sub floor sections and a broken vent; he took pictures of everything and patiently explained it all to me. When he was done with the repair job, he offered to snake out the main sewer line, and he even ran a camera through the main and talked us through the condition of our pipes. By the time he left, we had a good understanding of the problems with our plumbing and our options to fix them.

While plumbing problems are no fun, working with Clint was an excellent experience. I now have a new regular plumber!

Clint and his brother installed an in-the-wall recessed water/drain hookup for some new laundry machines we're getting. They did an incredible job. These guys showed up right on time, were very clean and professional, went above and way beyond what we needed for this job and gave us a very fair price.
Our old house presented them with some unexpected and unique challenges for this project, but they handles them with great skill and got the job done quick, fast and in a hurry without cutting corners and left the area clean and looking great.
I like supporting local family owned businesses and Payless Plumbing is one that I will recommend to anyone for any and all plumbing needs.

For those of us who have become familiar with the nightmare of plumming problems, it should be very understandable why I have decided to give this company a second 5 star review. Once again, the roots have invaded my sewer line and the courteous, professional and excellent service that Clint offers up to save us is second to NONE! Thanks again Clint... You are just the best!!! 10 stars if I could give em!

Very courteous and professional.

All of a sudden my kitchen sink on the trash compactor size was plugged. Called Payless and got Clint right away on his cell phone - he offered to walk me through how to check to see if I could declog it myself over the phone which I thought was very nice seeing he was on the roof on another job at the time. Long and short of it he did eventually end up coming out and it turned out that a tumbler had fallen into the sink drain and was causing the stoppage. The tumbler was transparent so it wasn't obvious at all from just looking into the drain it appeared as if there was nothing causing the blockage at the entrance. After about a minute or so Clint stuck his hand in - something I was reluctant to do - pulled out the glass and voila!

But here's the best part - I asked him how much I owed him for coming out and he said no charge! Heartily can recommend Payless and Clint and will certainly be using him when I have a real plumbing issue next time.
