After having a real hardwood floor installed, I was hesitant to say the least when I was reconnecting my dishwasher, and the valves began dripping..after calling multiple plumbers and getting week out appointments, with a range of $125-$175 charge, I connected with Ken. He actually arrived before I could make it home and waited a few minutes, then told me no problem, connected it and charged less than his counterparts, he also looked at a couple other plumbing issues and helped remediate the problem and told me what I part I needed to fix the toilet.

One thing to know is he only takes payment with checks, but he was prompt, very nice and reasonable priced! Thank you Ken, I appreciate your service.

I have used ken 4x now 2x for replacing a toilet, one garbage disposal replacement and one leak in the wall. all times he was honest, great prices and did the job with out any issues. I now need to replace my hot heater and guess who I am calling....

After waiting over 3 hours for another plumber I called Ken about 3:15 today and he was here with in 20 minutes . He unplugged the drain, reseated the toilet, and tightened two faucets in about an hour and a half. Rate was fair. Will definitely call Ken again if the need arises.

I have found my new permanent plumber. Ken was great. I had a flood inside my downstairs due to a backed up pipe, and everything was coming out from the toilet and the tub. It was a nightmare scenario. It happened once before too.

I called Ken and he came here right away. He wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty and solve the problem, and he jumped right into things. He wasn't interested in having me sign a million forms or agree to elaborate pricing schemes. He just wanted to fix my problem, fast. He quoted me a price over the phone too, which was nice, and he stuck to it. His pricing was more than fair.

When I had the exact same problem 2 years ago, I had called some other plumbing company, and they wouldn't quote me over the phone. Now I know why. When they come out, you are stuck. You have to use whoever is there when your house is flooding. They swindled me for almost $900 for that job. They had me by the short hairs and they knew it. I hope they are out of business now.

Ken charged me $110 for the EXACT SAME JOB, and he was much more thorough. He fixed everything right away and spent some time talking about the root cause and how to fix in the future. On top of everything, he was super friendly and down to earth. He knows what he's doing, has good equipment, and his unpretentious style is welcome. I won't use anyone else in the future.

This is my second time using this plumber. Very fast service in Folsom! I called at 4pm on a Friday and Ken was at my door at 4:20pm. I didn't know that you could get service like that anymore.

Very nice man who works quickly and gives you a fair price. What more could you ask for?

needed a plumber near Folsom in a hurry... looked at the YELP reviews... figured I'd give Ken a try. Told him what I needed and he gave me a quote for the work over the phone. Ended up the work took him less time than he estimated and he lowered his final price by $100. He did exactly what I needed, quickly. Not sure how you beat that! I'll definitely call him next time I need plumbing work.

Ken is great! Our kitchen faucet broke so when our attempt to fix it failed, I called several plumbers. Ken was the only one who could come out that same evening. He quoted me a price on the phone that was on average $50 less than what everyone else quoted. To top it off, he replaced a pipe that we had noticed when we were under the sink that would need replacing ""soon"", without asking or charging us another dime! When I noticed he just said, ""Oh, I noticed it wasn't good and I had another just like it in the truck and so I just did it since I was already down there."" Super nice guy. Fast worker. No BS! I hope he's kept busy, because he's really great.
