Ken was awesome! I was out of state when I got a call from my son who thought the AC was leaking. He had it turned off (during 110° day. ) Called Ken in the evening he was there the next morning great communication with my son in helping him get the water shut off. Found pinhole leaks in the ceiling near the AC repaired it promptly and super reasonable I will call him every time!
