We were having problems with the toilet not flushing right and the sinks and toilet backing up. We called Payless for Plumbing and got a quick response. They came out and told us we needed the septic tank pumped. We opted to dig it up ourselves in order to save money. We scheduled them to come and pump it. After having it pumped we still had issues. I called back to see if they could come take a look again. They came out and informed us that the septic was still full. Still full? It was pumped 2 months ago but had not been used since then. Then they told us that the gentleman who pumped the first time only pumped the liquid side and NOT the solid poop side. We had no idea there was 2 separate sides and no one ever bothered to mention this to us. We paid full price for only half a job. They refuse to fix the issue saying we would have to pay full price again!!! Shouldn't they come out and finish their job that we already paid for? Please don't get scammed by Payless for Plumbing like we did!!!

Had a bathroom sink plug up. Hanz Castillo came out and diagnosed the problem immediately. The 60 year old iron pipe had disintegrated. He offered to fix the problem but I chose to have the whole drainage system replaced. He quoted me a price and stayed within the quote even though it was more work and took a little longer than what he thought. A true professional and extremely hard worker. I would highly recommend Payless4Plumbing. I have used them in the past and would do so again. Thank you Payless4Plumbing!

One worker just started smoking in my house without permission. My mother has lung issues and she could've gotten exposed to the smoke. I didn't get his name bc I was too angry to think. I kicked him out of my house before I could think clearly. All I remember was he was Hispanic, tall, short hair, and skinny. Please do something about this worker.
